Choosing LYQX turned out to be one of the best decisions we made on this project. A real estate marketplace has a lot of moving parts, and having a single team responsible for design, mobile, and backend saved us a huge amount of coordination.

LYQX designed the UX/UI, built the Flutter app for iOS and Android, and developed the backend that runs property listings, map search, saved searches, buyer–agent messaging, and viewing bookings. What we appreciated most is that they thought like a product team, not just developers. They improved the listing creation flow, made the search and filters much easier to use, and suggested changes to the agent handoff that we hadn't considered ourselves.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. We had regular progress updates, fast answers to any questions, and full visibility into where things stood. The finished app is smooth, well designed, and performs reliably on both platforms.
