Turnaround time was great, concerns around communication and attention to detail
Turnaround time was great although it was confusing dealing with different people at each stage of the equity transfer (4 different layers).
Communication could have been better, there were two occasions when it wasn't clear whether the transfer was proceeding before the deadline. Receiving an update from my solicitor advising what's occurring would've been nice instead of me having to chase them. This did cause problems from both sides with the other side also not receiving update from their Solicitor which caused concern for both parties.
Secondly, the solicitor working my case Kerryanne got some terminology wrong in an email, requesting to be sent a copy of the consent order from my lender when it was the Sealed Court Order (fromo the Family Court) she was referring to. This required a further email and extra delay awaiting a response to rectify. A Solicitor should not make such mistakes in attention to detail, that was a concern but as I say this was offset by the quick turnaround of the equity-transfer generally.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and for the balanced feedback. It is genuinely helpful.
We're glad the turnaround time worked well for you. However, we're sorry to hear communication didn't match that on this occasion.
You shouldn't have had to chase for updates, particularly around a deadline as important as this one, and we understand how unsettling that uncertainty was for both parties involved.
We're also sorry for the confusion over terminology regarding the Sealed Court Order — that kind of mix-up shouldn't happen, and we understand the extra delay it caused was frustrating, especially given everything else was moving quickly.
We'd welcome the chance to discuss this further if you're happy to?
Please do get in touch directly so we can address this properly.
Thank you again for your feedback, and for recognising the positives alongside the areas we need to improve.

Who they are dealing with & are they computer literate.
I’m not a young person. Can manage emails but been bombarded with them. Phone call would have been 100% better. Had to go over to office eventually could have done this a wk ago. Went to office. Person I went to see came over to me put papers on table ! No introduction nothing. I stood up shook her hand & introduced myself. Life changes I suppose?

I would highly recommend the team for their excellent service, prompt communication and friendly team
I would highly recommend the team for their excellent service throughout the sale of the property.
From the beginning, they were extremely efficient, professional and helpful. They kept me updated every week throughout the process, which was particularly reassuring as I was dealing with the sale as part of an estate. Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly and always took the time to explain things clearly.
The communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt that everything was being dealt with promptly and professionally. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their support made what could have been a stressful process much easier.
I am extremely grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and approachable solicitor.
