My old iPhone was getting a little temperamental so we decided to visit LW Repairs to see what they might offer and have for an exchange. It was a flawless process with great help from Owen. We got a good price on my previous model and upgraded to a newer version, complete with a 12 month guarantee too!

My iPhone was unusable due to apple password issue, and phone reset. Turned up without an appointment but that was not an issue and Owen proceeded within 5 minutes to fix my issue. Very quick and professional, an excellent service.

Second time I have used them. First was broken phone screen this time I have had a battery replaced in my iPad. They sorted it out quickly and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back with any repairs I need done.

Recently broke my phone screen for the first time ever and made it to the store just before closing time. Owen reassured me that it was easily repairable as I needed my phone for train tickets the following day. My phone screen was repaired and ready for collecting before 12 o’clock the next day! Lewis at Lw repairs was really helpful with my broken phone, he told me the problem and that a part was needed and that it would be ready the next day, we then receive updates on the progress and a phone call when the phone was ready (which was really early the next day).
Literally can't fault anything, excellent top notch service! Would highly recommend.

Got my iPhone fixed for a good price, and the service is great.

Took my wife's iPhone in with a broken screen. Was quite urgent as it was my wife's work phone with all her whatsapps/email/contacts etc. Within 90 minutes it was all sorted at a very reasonable price. Great service and we'll certainly return if we have further tech troubles.
