Well the tracker is saying delivery 17 July 2026. Only 7 months from order. Not holding my breath on even getting them. All the good reviews I think are fake as all seem to say the same thing of fast delivery and such great craftmanship. My Mrs ordered on my card and have always told her not to use Chinese sites as its 99% tatt most of the time. 3 necklaces for xmas presents so not happy at all and would say steer clear

My daughters necklace was delivered to the wrong address and it cant be located. Despite sending lexuslove numerous e mails ive had no response,disgusting customer service

My pendant is absolutely perfect. It’s dainty but noticeable, and it sparkles beautifully. Couldn’t be happier with my choice.

So impressed by the craftsmanship and design. The jewelry feels premium and looks expensive. Shipping was fast, and the whole process was easy and pleasant.

Paid extra 12 euro for express delievery 8 days later and still no sign emailed and was told they would not refund.

Please don't use this company, I paid £60 for a necklace for my partner with a message that ment alot to me, what I got was awful, I cheap necklace worth £5 and a cheap paper tag with the message... I don't normally leave reviews but please save your money

Kost bij hun 40 euro en is op aliexpres te krijgen voor 4 euro dat is pas handel.
36 euro verdienen voor werk wat ze niet eens zelf maken.
Vij hun op de site staat waar ze zijn gespecialiseerd in het maken van op maat gemaakte accessoires.
Dus niet komt dus gewoon uit china en niet zelf gemaakt.

20 days ago did the order and still no news from them. They are not replying to the emails and probably I won't get any refund. Shame on them.

March 31, 2025 I ordered a men’s bracelet to women’s necklaces for my kids for Easter. They told me it was delivered on April 7 but I never received the package. I was then told to check with the local delivery companies which I did and sent them the screenshots and basically. they told me oh well, we show it delivered. Best regards Have a nice day. I’ve been waiting on my order I placed on 4-3-25 @ 11:00 am payment was processed @ 11:02 am same day and delivery confirmation @ 11:40 am delivery was on its way. I paid for the VIP HANDLING (ships within 24 hours) a $25.00 extra charge and it’s now 4-12-25 no package received or according to them NO ORDER WAS PLACED and NO REFUNDS ONLY CREDIT. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. SMH have been in contact 25 emails sent to NO AVAIL. Who ships for this company?

Made a error and contact them straight away, only to have a email 6 hour late saying shipped. Scam Chinese company beware... I will contact PAYPAL TO GET MY MONEY

8 weeks delivery time.... I bought a item 20 th January, hoping to get it by valentines day.... still didn't arrive.

Ordered a necklace 2 weeks before Christmas in the hope it would get here in time - yes, this was ambitious! It is now the 20th February and STILL NO PRODUCT!! 9 weeks!!!!
I have been tracking this, I have contacted the team and have now requested a refund, but this latest request has been ignored.
Can’t help but think this is a SCAM!
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!

The company states money back guarantee within 15 days. I immediately contacted them the same day I received the merchandise. On one item my son loved the box but felt the item was too young for him. I requested an exchange for a different item or refund. I was told unless the item is damaged they don't give refunds. I feel this company is very deceptive and should clearly state no money back guarantee unless product is damaged. Buy at your own risk. This company is unwilling to compromise with even an exchange. I therefore do not trust even the quality of their products.

Hugely poor experience all round. From a total lack of communication, product not arriving on specified date (even though I paid more for guaranteed delivery). Still waiting more than 2 weeks later. To then hugely disappointing customer service.
No accountability or offer of recompense. Not even taking into consideration that I paid extra for the guaranteed delivery.
STEER WELL CLEAR of ordering from this company and don't buy products.

Might also be worth adding Luxus Love has a disproportionate number of 5-star reviews from people who have only rated them, which could raise suspicions about the authenticity of those reviews. The fact that these reviews don’t show any other activity from the users might suggest that these reviews are, in fact, fabricated or incentivised to counteract negative feedback.

I wish I had read some of the reviews/comments on this site, before wasting my time, effort and money. I hope this is useful to others and goes along way to saving you money.
