Ordered a datejust

Ordered a datejust, got it and it didn't work. Tried to return, and they wouldn't return or refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

So far they haven’t give me any good…

So far they haven’t give me any good info on my order, I ordered 3 weeks ago and the order is still pending. They told me they would go back to work the 25th, because of Chinese new year, fair enough, I’ve been messaging them for the last 2 days and I have no reaction. Nor any clarity on my order. I’ll wait one week and otherwise i will order a refund. Don’t keep your customers in the dark, it’s not a good look for your brand and company.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced..

I bought a watch Superclone watch in October for 607$
I received the watch on time and everything was good up until December. So only 2 months after purchasing. Suddenly something went loose inside the watch house, and now there is a loud rattle noice. I had only worn it 3-4 times, and haven’t worn it since, since it is quite embarrassing walking around with a watch witch rattles LOUD.

So I made contact with the the customer service and made my complaint since they have a guarantee on their watches.

Back and forth on email, long response time on the emails - conclusion from Luxurywatchmall “We acknowledges the fault on the watch but you better go fix it yourself, because it is cheaper than the shipping back to china” I told them what about the guarantee? They replied back “your package will be detained by customs, so you can not ship it to us” I proposed to getting my money back, but they absolutely refused and kept referring to “fix you watch yourself and pay for it yourself. I hope you can understand. Thank you”

I have now tried several watch repair companies here in Denmark - The labour is NOT cheap in Denmark - all 3 different watch makers wants +500$ to fix it.

So to everyone reading this DON’T buy from luxurymallwatches. There are so many better options on the market instead of wasting 600$+ on this bad quality.

We clearly informed you that you were welcome to send the watch back to China for inspection and repair under the guarantee as long as the customs return process could be handled properly on your side. International returns involving watches can sometimes be detained by customs, which is why we explained the potential risk and suggested a local repair as an alternative option to save time and shipping costs — not as a refusal of service.

Our intention was to offer the most practical solution based on past shipping experience, not to deny responsibility. The warranty option of returning the watch has always remained available.

We understand that repair costs in Denmark can be high, and we genuinely regret the inconvenience this situation has caused. If you are still willing, please contact us again directly and we will assist you step-by-step with the return instructions to minimize customs issues as much as possible.

Customer satisfaction remains important to us, and we are always willing to work toward a reasonable solution.

Good experience overall

Good experience overall. The watch looks great in person. Communication was decent, not instant but reasonable. If you’re realistic about what a replica is, I think this site delivers what it promises.

Watch arrived safely and was well…

Watch arrived safely and was well packed. The dial looks very close to the original and the movement has been running fine. Shipping took about 15 days for me, which felt a bit long, but I knew that before ordering. Can’t complain too much.

SCAM

This site is absolutely 100% a scam… i purchased a watch and was routed to the pay site which i paid 350$ cdn i reached out to the luxury watch and after i sent them multiple pictures of purchase confirmation i was told the money i sent wasnt there website… how is that possible? Its literally the site luxurywatchmall sent me to to pay i was 110% scammed out of the money and will be absolutely asking my 360k following to advertise this terrible experience if not made right by this website.. just terrible try to support a business and get burned.. fair warning ppl do not buy from this site

We’ve carefully reviewed this claim, and to be very clear: there is no order under your name, email, or payment amount in our system.

LuxuryWatchMall does not redirect customers to third-party payment websites outside of our official checkout. If you were sent elsewhere to pay, then unfortunately you were dealing with a spoof or impersonation site, not us.

What’s confusing here is that despite repeatedly being told there is no matching transaction on our end, you continue to insist the payment was made to our website, even though we never received the funds. That simply isn’t how payments work.

We genuinely understand how frustrating it is to lose money online. However, blaming a legitimate business for a transaction that never reached us is unfair and misleading to other readers.

We strongly recommend you:

Contact your bank or payment provider immediately

File a chargeback or fraud report

Review the exact URL you paid on (scam sites often look very similar)

We’re always happy to help real customers with real orders, but we can’t refund money we never received.

The quality is solid for the price

The quality is solid for the price. Finishing looks clean and the weight feels right. It’s not 100% perfect if you really nitpick, but for a replica, it’s way better than I expected. Customer support replied a bit slow, but they did answer all my questions.

Honestly

Honestly, I was a bit nervous ordering a replica watch online, but this turned out better than expected. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but nothing crazy. Overall, pretty happy with the purchase.

Looks good but doesn’t work… and support is non existent

I ordered a super clone skydweller. Watch came relatively quick. The Rolex box was very damaged in shipping (not their fault on the damage, but their fault for packing it poorly).
From a looks perspective, it looks great. But functionally, it’s awful. You cannot adjust the time at all. There are three components you can adjust on a skydweller, with this super clone you can only adjust one (the day of the month) but the 24 hour and the minute/hour hands do not adjust.

So when it’s all said and done, it looks pretty good but you can’t functionally use one of these watches.

And they haven’t responded to my support emails and it’s been 5 days.

Save your money.

Edit: they responded to this review and they lied. They did not respond to the support email, it is not in spam either. And no, it is not that the skydweller is challenging to adjust, it is that your dial is cheap and it doesn’t have the ability to click counter clockwise once, twice, or three times so the watch doesn’t know what to adjust and therefore can’t adjust.
Moving to 1 star for lying

We can even send you a QC video. We encounter many customers who don't know how to use the watch and mistakenly believe it's broken.

We’d like to clarify a few points for future readers. We replied to your email several days ago, but it’s possible our response went to your spam folder — please kindly check there as well.

Regarding the Sky-Dweller functionality: the watch is fully functional, but the Sky-Dweller is one of Rolex’s most complex models to operate. The adjustment process is very different from standard watches and requires a specific sequence using the Ring Command bezel. If the steps are not followed correctly, the hour/minute hands will not adjust as expected.

We are always happy to guide customers through the correct setup and have done so successfully for many others. Unfortunately, we did not receive a follow-up from you after our reply.

As for the box, we agree the external packaging was damaged during transit, and we’ll continue improving our packing to reduce this risk.

Iffy?

They look legit but when I ordered a watch they emailed and said that it was confiscated by customs… they stated they sent another one and it was also confiscated…. They do not refund but instead asked me to do a chargeback.

In your case, both packages were unfortunately affected by an issue with the shipping carrier we were using at that time. After reviewing the situation, we have since switched to a different logistics provider to avoid similar issues going forward, and recent shipments have been processing normally.

Once a package is held by customs, we’re unable to issue a direct refund. For this reason, we suggested a chargeback as the safest and quickest way for you to recover your payment.

Paid for my watch and received…nothing

Paid for my watch and received confirmation. Weeks later received an email that the money was “stollen” and I need to request a chargeback from my bank, and then pay direct via pay pal. If my bank won’t refund, there’s nothing they can do - I’m out the money and the watch.

So I just ordered yesterday and they sended me an email confirmation with my order number and purchase confirmation so I guess if in the next days I receive a tracking number and the watch comes I will get back to be more helpful with the review in detail about my experience
