Fantastic company, purchased mother of pearl mosaic tiles for bathroom feature and the tiles are truly great quality and look amazing. Tiles were packed securely so no damage during delivery which was within given timeframe. Would order from luxury tiles again when needed.

I initially bought the same tiles from another supplier but after about 2 weeks got a call to say "Sorry no longer have them" so I did another search and found Luxury Tiles had them in stock - and for a much lower delivery charge than the other supplier. They arrived really promptly within a few days - currently being stored waiting for the bathroom project to start. I'm glad I found them as the line has been discontinued so we would have had to re-tile the whole bathroom if I hadn't!

Excellent customer service, they stayed on the phone with me and gave me a number of different options of tiles for my bathroom. They sent me samples of a few different tiles that I liked, I was so impressed with the quality. Cannot recommend enough! thanks a lot to Chris and the rest of the team, will definitely be back in the future.

My experience of Luxury Tiles has been a good one, the tiles look great, were delivered on time. Can’t ask for more tbh.

The tiles I received look completely different from the pictures online — the ones delivered have pink mixed in with the blue, which isn’t shown anywhere on the website. After all the back-and-forth, I agreed to keep them, but I had some extra tiles that I requested a refund for. I still haven’t received the full refund, even after months of waiting and multiple follow-ups.

Chris and Alex Sadat were pleasant to deal with at first, but unfortunately, nothing has actually been resolved. Communication has completely dropped off, and I’m still out of pocket. Extremely disappointing experience — I would not recommend.

recently bought Victorian urban red brick effect tiles from Luxury tiles for behind a log burner excellent quality fit together perfect,delivered on time what more could you want.

Highly delighted with these self adhesive tiles. A lot easier than I thought to install and look really expensive. Anyone thinking of purchasing these, you must, you will not be disappointed.

I've never written a Trustpilot review before, but after such a bad experience with this company I feel compelled to share my experience to warn other potential customers. I ordered some tiles from them and was continually let down by them. I was promised a delivery on the Monday and even double checked with them on the Friday before that the delivery was going ahead for the Monday. No delivery on Monday. When I chased them they apologized and told me the tiles would be delivered on the Tuesday instead. OK no problem I thought. No delivery on the Tuesday but was promised the delivery would happen on the Wednesday. I had a tiler on site waiting for the delivery on the Wednesday. By 4pm still no sign of the tiles so when I called I was told the delivery would take place between 16.30 and 18.30 as the driver was running late but we were the "next drop". By 7.30 still no tiles. When I called again on Thursday morning they claimed the tiles were damaged and they were unable to deliver them. Dreadful experience and was constantly let down by promises of a call back and confirmed delivery time. Not once did I get a call back and constantly had to chase them for an update. Ended up ordering the same tiles for nearly £100 cheaper from another supplier who gave me accurate and honest delivery information. Avoid this company at all costs!

Excellent service and communication was great from order to delivery. Delivery came on time and not a broken tile as they were packed 100%. The tiles are absolutely stunning. Matt and Chris were both extremely helpful and kept us up to date with our order.

Really bad experience, i needed up cancelling the order after keep waiting for it and on every phone call with the team i heard the same thing, “we will dispatch today we had delivery issues”…. Really disappointed.

Love these tiles for my bathroom. Searched high and low for just what I wanted and the right colours - these are perfect. Customer service from Matt was also top notch when I queried postage to Northern Ireland. Polite, helpful and courteous staff. Delivery was prompt.

Great quality, colourful, robust glass tiles. Look beautiful. However, too thick and strong to cut cleanly, or even snip. So, careful and accurate measuring of layout is needed. The space between the individual mosaic pieces can be tweaked without appearing misaligned.

Over and above on customer service. I only had a small order, couldn’t have had better service. There was a slight issue with the delivery and it was immediately resolved, plus delivery costs promptly refunded. The tiles are also beautiful and it was the only place I could find this particular design.

I stumbled across Luxury Tiles UK when trying to find the perfect tile after spending days and days surfing. They actually had two we really liked that hit the brief. I found their site really informative especially as I needed an outdoor tile. I also found their tiles to be reasonably priced. I ordered two samples which arrived really quickly and allowed me to make the right decision and an order placed.
