I must say I'm impress with the look and quality of this brand as I used to own a bath vanity from RH and this product is much similar to RH's quality. My friend recommend me this brand after she knows that I'm looking for new bath vanity to renovate my bathroom - I wish I know this brand sooner so I could save a lot :))

I was so happy that the backsplash I had to order matched so nicely, I was also impressed that I received a call asking for a picture so that it would match. Great customer service. thank you. The bathroom is coming together.

I’ve been following Luxury Living Direct for a while, and their new vanity collections are truly impressive. The designs are elegant and high-quality, especially the Kathryn in Light Brown — it looks absolutely beautiful and luxurious. I’ll definitely make a purchase when the time is right!

Scam website, I order my watch and did not receive, the customer service took long time to check and tell me my payment gone. Wtf***

This has to be the worst customer service out there. Ordered my watch over 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. They don't answer to emails and there is no number to call them. Definitely don't recommend buying from here. Would mark it a zero if I could. They are essentially scammers.

I paid for expedited shipping so I could have the watch for a wedding I was attending. I order 2 weeks prior to the event, even with expedited shipping it took 3.5 weeks to arrive.

What they don't tell you is it takes over 2 weeks for them to process the order. Also they DO NOT refund shipping even if it takes 3.5 weeks for an "expedited" delivery.

I already did an investigation with your clients and you are completely scammers.
I bought a watch. After 3 days they canceled the order I had placed, saying that the bank had declined my purchase. It was a lie. They stole the money.

Paid for expedited shipping 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. *IF* I get a response from them, it’s a generic copy/paste. Hopefully the watch shows up, as it was a great deal. Otherwise, I’ll have to contact my card company for a chargeback. Laughable customer service. Proceed with caution, as some of the deals are almost worth the aggravation. But make sure you use a card company that has your back if something goes south.

If you want to return an item they charge you shipping back and forth, taxes, restocking fee. Ridiculous all the charges to return something, they take all the money and return nothing. Would never buy from them again.

Ordered toy for Christmas on the 10 December still not got it. I have emailed them, no replies. How do you get a reply from?

Ordered a piece of furniture on the 30th November with next day delivery. Apart from confirmation of order I have neither received anything or heard form the company, despite multiple e-mails.

Our marble vanity top arrived cracked, we've called several times, left message and email but no response.
Do expect any customer service or if you like to waste your time go ahead.

Beware of this company. We ordered a 78" bathroom vanity at start of our bathroom remodel and upon receiving we checked inside the boxes and saw what we thought everything intact. Sadly we have learned the lesson of CLOSER inspection upon arrival and prior reading thoroughly online reviews. There was a hairline crack from end of the Carrera top to the sink hole which was not glaringly apparent BUT because this is a vulnerable area with marble is susceptible for cracks as mentioned by our contractor. He also states that this piece was in cardboard and covered with thin styrofoam and should have been packaged more sturdily. The company refused to acknowledge poor craftsmanship and I was out my money, period! Because we didn't immediately try to return or exchange, we were stuck with buying a completely new top. They offered to "sell" me a new top, but we went with a different local company and now have a beautiful counter top.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a vanity, vanity top and mirror. All were damaged. Company will not refund or send me new product because I missed their 2 day deadline. Mirror was shattered and frame deeply scratched. Vanity was deeply scratched. Vanity top was broke into 3 pieces. Terrible customer service!

Shockingly poor communication. When I enquired how long before my furniture arrived I was given the name of the transport company and told to contact them. Guess what, the transport company would only deal with the company. The directions for how to put together the furniture when they arrived were not readable. I asked them to email a copy and still waiting for a response. When the furniture arrived it got scratched coming out of the box, cheap nasty furniture. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a 72'' Caroline Vanity , Carrera double sink top and Mirror on August 14,2020. I spoke directly to a salesperson by the name of David. He was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with.The items arrived within the expected time of delivery. I was concerned about damage during shipment but there was none! My contractor and i were extremely pleased with the quality of the construction. All solid wood, no veeners and extremely well put together.I highly reccommend Luxury Living Direct and plan on ordering from then again

I’m a contractor, I buy on average between 75 - 100 vanities per year.
I bought a 72” double vanity with no top, the item arrived dumped in my drive way, the box was wet and had a few puncture marks in it.
I had one of my employees inspect it for damage, there was no damage where the box was so normally that would be ok but when looking closer it appeared to be separating at the joins and the paint was flaking off, I then gave a more vigorous inspection and could see it was terrible quality, door dowels were not drilled on Center, edges were not smooth, the draws scraped as you opened them. The vanity was in my opinion a disgusting attempt at cabinetry.
That was one thing, the other was the customer service, when I complained they were quick to point out that in order to return, it needed to be packaged exactly the same as it was shipped, not a problem if I had just changed my mind but I wasn’t returning, I just wanted my money back, the original packaging could not be perfectly preserved and when I pointed that out, they refused a refund and would send a touch up pen!
Absolutely ridiculous, this item is total junk, and the company is just a third part to the manufacturer so they don’t give a damn!
I’m now disputing this through legal channels, this is not a good company to do business with, no moral or ethical compass.

If you can find what you like elsewhere, DON'T buy it here. If anything goes wrong you will never be able to get a response from this company. I have been emailing and phoning for weeks but they never respond.
