We didn't up ordering anything because the dressing table was too big for our space but the service and attentiveness were 10/10.

The bed is amazing and we love it. They kept us informed throughout but only bad point was the delivery. We spoke to Dan and he informed us that it's a third party company but they were over 3 hours late with the delivery.

Poor quality, poor customer service. Received the wrong size headboard twice. Although this has now been resolved 4 weeks later after many attempts, renegotiations and a great deal of inconvenience, I would never buy from this company in the future. Shortly you will notice a long essay explaining how they are right and I am wrong but they did ask me for my review so here it is. The delivery drivers however have been brilliant, extremely patient and were astounded at the amount of times they had to visit my home to resolve this issue. The craftsmanship does not deserve the amount they advertise for.
