As with so many others here, I ordered and paid for my pillows on February 13, 2026, and their "3 to 5 day delivery" still hasn't happened as of this writing, March 1. Enquiries via email were ignored and, as you might expect, there's no phone line or chatbot assistance. They sure were super fast taking my money though. I'm super disappointed and will be telling my story to anyone that will listen. This "Dream" is a nightmare.

I ordered 2 pillows at the beginning of February 2026 and still have not received them. It is now February 27th. It's been impossible to get through to the company. I have sent a number of emails and not one response from them. Canada post says that the items were delivered.It looks like it was somehow shipped to british columbia and I live in ontario. i'm beyond frustrated.

Same as all the others. Ordered the pillow January 3 tracking shows it delivered to Niagara Falls Ontario and I live in BC. All emails I’ve sent are ignored. Sad how these scammers are allowed to keep posting on Facebook

I ordered this Luxury Dream Pillow on February 04,2026 and recieved an email telling it it was delivered.
"I DID NOT" recieved it.
I email the company and they did not reply to me

This is a scam. Ordered a pillow at the end of January, they took my payment and sent me a tracking number a few days later, however it was delivered to an address in a city 4 hours away. I have sent several emails with no response, the phone number doesn't work. Do not buy.

Yup, I fell for it. Never received a pillow. Tracking number doesn't work. I've been emailing with them for weeks and they just talk in circles. Do NOT Order this pillow. #luxurydreampillow

I received an email that it was delivered. It was not. Three emails sent and no replies. This is definitely a scam. So fed up with these scammers. Do not order from this company.

Customer service replied that they “got me covered “, in first two emails. I followed up and they have ignored me.
Looks like I won’t receive the pillow.🤬

This is a scam. Same as others, shipped to a different address, dead links in email order now.

My order sent via Canada Post was sent to Montreal - I live in Calgary, AB. I have written several emails and no response. Links for contacts or returns, phone numbers etc do not work. What a scam!

Don’t buy from this company! They claim it was shipped but the tracking number shows to a different address in Ontario! It was purchased Jan 18th and still have not received pillow or refund. They have answered emails but not getting anywhere - they just keep saying they are looking into it. So frustrating!

Doesn’t come from Montreal Canada and the shipping number I received doesn’t exist.

Realizing now this was likely a scam. No pillow, no updates to delivery and no response. Ugh!!!

I ordered the pillow on Jan 16th . I was notified yesterday it was delivered. Well it was delivered to a different province than I live in. I have sent several emails and not one response. Do not buy

I purchased the pillow on January 17. I saw it on Instagram but then went to their on a browser and bought it from their website and it went through SHOP APP January 17. IT has not moved. They took the money out of my bank and they’ve not answered two or three emails and the phone numbers not assigned. VERY UPSETTING They also had a supposed Trust Pilot rating of 4.8 which i suppose was false as well.

I came to Trust Pilot to look for reviews on this luxury pillow, but there are zero reviews. With the advertising saying on Facebook that the pillows are frequently sold out because they are so popular and bought up so quickly, I find it very hard to believe that so many shoppers aren’t providing any reviews whatsoever, good or bad. Anyone else find that strange? I won’t be buying this pillow as a result.
