I cannot compliment Louisa and Nick enough for how they handled our Pergola purchase and installation, overcoming the challenges that were thrown at them along the journey.

The installation team of Jonny, Florian and Florin were professional, polite, friendly, excellent at communicating what was happening, and a pleasure to have on site.

Pleasing too was the speedy installation date following order, and of course the quality of the Pergola.

We absolutely love our pergola. It has transformed our garden and how we use the space. Our patio seating area is useable in very hot weather as we have shade and in the rain as we have shelter. We have had so many complaints and we are so pleased with it. The whole process from order to installation went extremely smoothly. Everyone we dealt with from ordering, to installation, to payment was very professional and a real credit to the company. The team were quick to respond, pricing was transparent and the order arrived quickly and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend them. We are so happy with our purchase.

Meeting with the team and speaking about what was the best option for my patio was so easy. Nick is very knowledgeable and his recommendation was very helpful.
