I paid £71 for a men’s winter jacket on 13th January 2026 and despite me sending about 8 emails I still haven’t received the item. Also I haven’t received any answer to my email

I am another customer whom didn’t get the right size the quality is very poor and no confirmation off how to return it back for a full refund. It’s now time for the company to take responsibility for there shit and shouldn’t be allowed to mock Ralph Lauren

I purchased over 15 items spent a nice amount of money and never received anything. After 33 days I got an email at 3:30am saying the order was just delivered and I immediately went to my porch and mailbox and nothing was there. I’ve been emailing them ever since and i get no reply. These people are ridiculous. Karma is a real thing people need to realize that. If they don’t they will!!’

My family ordered from wearluxoo but never received any of the items that claimed to be delivered. When reaching out for either a resend of the items or a refund.. crickets… No one engaged, empathized, or even returned the money. After reaching out more than five times without a response it became disheartening to see the disbelief and disappointment of my family. I wouldn’t want anyone to feel this way or become a victim of scam. I wouldn’t not recommend anyone order from this site or company ever.

Could give 0 if I could it’s a scam site, order paid and not received, contacted multiple times but they don’t reply

Do NOT buy from this website it is a scam !!!!
Numerous emails to customer services and no response so now informed my bank to say is absolute SCAM !!!

Scam Site!
I was led to believe I purchased an item, I received an email confirmation, days later I received an email saying "We're experiencing a small delay with your order. But no worries — our team is on it!", then when I replied, emails are returned undelivered. I wrote to credit card company who are reclaiming the money I paid.

Nothing received from order placed 4 weeks ago, no response to emails, stay away!!!

if you want to fight for your money back and not receive the package you paid for then this is your company, they are world leaders in keeping your money and not responding to your emails . when they do reply its like them talking to a stray dog that has wondered into their house. I cannot seem to understand how this company has survived or being blocked as a scam!!!
if you want sleepness nights and want to be treated like crap then this is your place to buy from,

Had 1 email when purchased about it on its way nearly 3 weeks ago emailed umpteen times with no answer and still no items I would give it less than 1

First of all I did recieve the item ordered,it took 2 weeks or so.Long delivery,but accepted that as delivered from china.I was suprised it actually came,as after I ordered the item I looked at reviews.The reviews are very poor,but now I know why.The item a coat,cost me £51.Problem was i ordered a XL,the size is more like a Medium.So very tight,so I look too returning for a refund as I purchased another coat.I messaged them a good 7 times,after a week got a reply.Saying yes will do a return,but will cost £25 + a 15% surcharge of the price of the item.The £25 was never mentioned in the terms before ordering,they offered a cheaper alternative lol.Order the same item again bigger size im assuming XXXL lol for a discount.So really I've been scammed,lumbered with a item I might be lucky too sell for £20,as quality ain't great.Avoid this company,not worth the loss of money or time.

Dont NOT purchase from this company!! I havent received my order after 8 weeks of waiting, they never respond to emails or queries, absolute shambles!

I ordered this cost from the Netherlands as looked a lovely coat took 3 wks to come and was too small tried to send back asking for address when they emailed me but to know avail so found address and posted tracked just looked and it's on its way back so do not accept returns very surprised as this is a western country even China accepts returns and return yr money

Annoyingly, I didn't read these reviews before ordering off the company! I don't normally write reviews unless truly miffed! Ordered two "leather" jackets (described as leather) in different sizes and colours to see what suited me with the intention of returning the ones I didn't like. Wrong sizes (no size guide on the websites), not leather. As despite their refund services which I was reassured by, I heard nothing. Emailed thrice, called once. Nothing again... Spent £95!!! I should have been out of by the dodgy blurry picture on the website.

I wouldn't give them any star if I could ordered boots for £54 did not turn up no reply from the so called company they just rip you off and dont send items i got a refund though my bank my bank has contacted them im guessing they wont get a reply I sent many emails please do not buy from them they should be shut down as a company end of !!

Scam company. Goods not true to size nor as pictured. Been trying to return an item but they just ignore all contact. Do not order from this company

It a shame the site is still operating as so many people will be victims. I bought two tracksuits on 24th December and up to now nothing has been delivered. I have been emailing them but no response. Please share this to stop others falling into the trap.
