If I could give this company a zero I would. I purchased bunks online, got notification they were to be delivered but they didn't show up. I rang them & they said there were no more in stock. The process of getting a refund was incredibly painful & I received multiple automated texts that kept saying my order was going to be delivered despite the fact it had been cancelled. I was offered $100 to change my review but I can't because it was perhaps the worst buying experience I've ever had. If this company is legit you need a massive overhaul of the way you do things.

Ordered my daughter a vanity desk for Christmas. They told me it would be delayed until after Christmas which was fine. Then fitter message saying it was going to be later in January, although this was a main gift for my daughter, I was ok about it. Then recieved a message to say select the delivery date which I selected for 17th Jan.
The day before I get notified that the item is out of stock and they can’t fulfil the order.
There was zero empathy for the fact that a young girl who was really looking forward to her Christmas gift to be told she’s not getting it. Just very matter of fact like this is something they do on a regular basis. I notice they are still advertising the u it on their website. Be very careful of this mob.
