I joined Luxoft India in the Banking & Capital Markets vertical a little under 2 years ago and have had a fantastic journey so far. Luxoft is a great company to get opportunities to work in cutting edge digital transformation and engineering solutions for the best clients in the globe. In my tenure so far I have already worked in creating solutions across almost entire digital spectrum of Cloud, Data & Analytics, UI/UX, Agile/DevOps and many more. Luxoft offers a unique startup culture in its environment while still offering great stability and growth in our careers. The organization is very caring towards every employee and we are like a closely knit family. I also see great focus on employee benefits, tremendous upskilling & learning opportunities and multiple other employee care programs. During the pandemic so far Luxoft has shown great commitment towards ensuring employee care. В компании работаю с 2016 года и очень довольна условиями труда. Полностью официальное трудоустройство и белая зарплата. Руководство всегда идет навстречу, все вопросы обсуждаются и решаются. Коллектив слаженный. Сейчас работа идет в удаленном формате, в чем я нахожу множество плюсов. В компании есть свой Учебный Центр, где для сотрудников доступны курсы по софт и хард скиллам, обучение английскому. Есть возможность переходить из проекта в проект на местном уровне, а также релокация в другие города. Хорошее ДМС. Клубы по интересам: шахматы, бег, йога и т.д. Есть множество мероприятий, конкурсов и внерабочих активностей. В целом, Люксофт - это отличное место для старта и развития своей карьеры.
