Their phone number is out of service and they don't respond to emails
After seeing an ad on Facebook, I ordered two pairs of sunglasses on their website. About a month went by with no sign of the items. I inquired as to the status, and after 2 or 3 days I received a reply stating that the items had either been damaged or lost in transit and they would be sending out a replacement order. After another 3 weeks, the order arrived. The items didn't fit right (not necessarily the company's fault) so I requested a return. After about a week and a half of trying to get ahold of someone, I got an email with a poorly-worded (and likely poorly-translated from another language) set of shipping instructions directing me to send the items to a PO Box in North Royalton, OH, which I did as instructed. I had no further communication with the company. Earlier this week, the package that I had shipped to that PO Box in Ohio was sitting on my porch; a label on the box indicated that the item had gone unclaimed, and so had been returned to me. When I tried the phone number listed for the company (1-440-885-4094) this morning, it was out of service. So I'm probably never getting a refund, and now I'm also out the shipping costs that I incurred. $80.00 well spent!
