Absolutely brilliant product!
When we moved into our new place, it had large west-facing windows, where the pre-installed Venetian blinds barely interrupted the strong afternoon sun and the air con struggled to keep the living room under 30 degrees!
Thankfully, we were referred to Luxaflex by a family friend, who found the blockout and insulating properties of their blinds to be beyond compare. There was a quick and professional interaction with the Sunmaster team and now we have beautiful window coverings and a house which is so much more liveable.

We chose to replace our Duette blinds from the 90s, as it was time for a fresh new look and time for an upgrade.
I liked the fact the blinds are made in Australia. Dom, who installed the blinds was courteous, helpful and competent. James, who came twice, once to quote and once to to measure up, with Paul, was pleasant, helpful and meticulous in explaining and demonstrating the options regarding the Hub and automatic raising and lowering of the blinds.
These blinds are an investment. We visited the store and considered another brand's option before deciding to stay with Luxaflex and I am happy we did/

As I work full time Monday to Friday I was not able to visit the show rooms, so thankfully James Duncan (the Manager/owner of Luxaflex Subiaco) was able to come out to my home in Mount Lawley to discuss the best product, measure and quote in one visit.
Once my finance was approved early November 2019, it took one month for the products to be made and installed.
I chose the Blockout Duette Blinds throughout my townhouse as I wanted maximum thermal protection. They look absolutely divine and I am more than happy with how they look and function, protecting my rooms from the summer heat. I am looking forward to seeing how they go in Winter, but already know they will be amazing.
My experience with Luxaflex Subiaco was excellent. From the professional customer service, to the stylish quality, to the constant comms from the showroom to keep me updated on installation, plus accommodating installation with my availability as well - all before Christmas!

I recently had an Evo Awning and four Roller Blinds installed by Sunmaster Subiaco Luxaflex. James the owner and manager gave a very good recommendation and advice to protect my wooden floorboard.
