Blinds installed but not finished or usable. Have sent email off over a week ago but haven’t heard anything back. I paid up front for expensive blinds and they just needed a couple of extra parts which were broken off during installation. The quote they sent me back I felt was extremely high. Would love to get this sorted so I can use them in the summer heat.

From the first phone call to Rundle Blinds, they were professional, timely and helpful. They were thorough and made sure to check everything, and were flexible in the options available. For example, the colour we wanted wasn’t available so they suggested to use powder coating to get the right colour. The install was speedy and the results were amazing. I am re-doing all of the windows in my house and so far half the house is complete with beautiful silhouettes in a shade of white. They look particularly stunning in the rooms which have coloured walls and they soften all of the rooms. They’re so versatile, with the look of both blinds and curtains, and I can raise them partially or fully like normal blinds. The other thing I love about them is how much light they let in whilst closed, I love light filled rooms so they are the perfect choice for me.
Soft, modern, classy blinds which also look smart from the outside! I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results.

This is the second time we have had Luxaflex blinds installed - in our last home of twenty-six years and now our current home of four months. Both times we used Rundle Blinds (Kings Park SA). The blinds and plantation shutters not only look classy and elegant, but are also excellent quality and durable. Installation was efficient and courteous. Having looked at a number of other suppliers for affordability and service Luxaflex is very hard to beat. We would recommend Luxaflex products to anyone wanting stylish window coverings, including outdoor blinds.

If only I had discovered Luxaflex and Rundle Blinds earlier....
My experience started with a visit to the showroom on Goodwood Rd where I found friendly and informative staff who were more than happy to answer my endless questions.
My next contact was Marc who again was very helpful and patient with all my requests.
I then had to decide which blinds I could afford to get now so chose to get 3 out of the 5 I had been quoted.
The two men who came to install the blinds were efficient, friendly and polite I.e very professional.
Overall an excellent experience from the start and I love my blinds. I am now saving madly to get the rest of my windows dressed with Luxaflex and installed by Rundle Blinds.
