We are so happy with the way the Luxaflex Lumishades have transformed our living room. We can choose to have them open all the way so that we can see outside, or pulled across to let a soft light in and then when we want to watch a movie we can turn the blinds to make a dark media room. We are so happy with this product and its multiple functions and most importantly there are no chains or runners along the base making it very safe for our young family as well as being easy to clean around.

We could not be happier with our blinds and curtains, great service and very clean with Installation, our beautiful new home is now complete.

After doing renovations we felt we the main room and bedroom needed a further lift and boy the Luxaflex lumishades did just that. It was like putting the icing on the cake. They look so sleek and are so easy to adjust to get the right amount of light into the room. We are very happy with the product and the install and would highly recommend.

Initial sales discussion:- The sales representative had a thorough knowledge of the various products that may have suited our requirement.
Quoting:- The company had a free onsite quotation service which was much appreciated. From the many product options and colours we were able to order a set of drapes that met our requirements.
Ordering:- A deposit was required and an estimated delivery date was provided. The order arrived within the stipulated time.
Installation:- The installers were professional in their approach and the job was completed and tested in a short period of time. We were also provided with basic instructions on the operation of the drapes. The site was left clean and tidy after the installation and the old drapes were taken away for disposal.

Product looks great and we are very happy with their excellent service.

Gino and Deanne were excellent and efficient when installing our new blinds. They had an excellent professional approach with no request too hard.

Love my new roll down blinds Can now use and enjoy my outdoor patio area in all weather. Especially good for blocking out the morning sun. Can now have coffee early in the morning without the sun in my eyes. Mackay Curtain Making were especially helpful in advising what would be most suitable for the purpose. Quality of product is excellent. Just so easy to use.Very rarely use my indoor kitchen as it is so pleasant and convenient to be outdoors.
