You placed your order on 28 March & your parcel was collected on 2nd April due to the Easter Bank Holiday so you should i have received 2 days ago on 4th April . We will contact Royal Mail & find out what is holding up your parcel & will message you directly to resolve as quickly as we can for you x

Teal Miriam dress with Fayola Teal scarf
At the price I was not expecting great quality, however I was extremely and pleasantly surprised. The fabric feels lovely on and at the higher end of the size scale it still fits beautifully and is comfortable. Love the pockets ( who doesn’t). This will definitely be my go to shop going forward - thank you

Disappointing
The dress I ordered was huge even allowing for its roomy shape. The feature panel was sewn on wrongly showing a raw seam. Very disappointing. I will add there was no problem returning it and receiving a refund.

We too are disappointed to see that you have rated us one star, the Miriam tunic is one of our best selling styles. We always state both key measurements & size on all descriptions to help our customers. We have advised that the Miriam tunic is a one size option that will fit upto a UK size 22 so the smaller you are the looser the tuinic will be .The feature panel showing the raw seam is part of the style & not a fault. We hope this helps you understand our sizing & we are sorry that this style was not to your personal taste but we thank you for your feedback x
Great shopping experience
Just received my first Luvvey order. So pleased with cacoon dress and have today ordered another and also have a top in transit. So impressed with speed of delivery and thank you card enclosed. Lovely gesture hoping animal print trainers restock. Even at 81 I can be trendy. Thank you Luvvey.
