It was the first time I had ordered anything before, but was very pleased

Very well made and lovely to look at.

It was easy to order from the website and emails informed when the items were dispatched. They arrived fairly promptly and were well packaged. Very sweet key holders so well pleased with the purchase.

These looked a lovey novel way to hand out smaller Christmas gifts and would be something for the recipient to keep. They are cute and festive. ordering was easy and the arrived in good time. They look just as shown in the advert and I am very pleased with my purchase

I’m writing this review simply because having read other reviews on this website I honestly thought I’d been scammed.
I ordered the key bags 9 working days ago and literally received a tracking number for Evri which had not enough digits so I couldn’t track it. No communication whatsoever to keep me informed.
Read other reviews and honestly thought they would not turn up. I went to the Lovtoo website and tracked my order on there and it was saying it had arrived at distribution centre so I wondered if it was genuine.
Sure enough they turned up today by Royal Mail not Evri at all.
They are just as they were advertised and work well, so far. Are they leather well unsure really but they serve the purpose so that’s fine by me.
So not scammed for others information and happy with the product.

Fast shipping , well packaged, nice item as described , thank you
