Not what I thought it would be! I didn’t like it
The balms looked like exactly what I was looking for.. but I was so disappointed with the smell of the product and also when I put it on my lips the pigment was strong in one swipe, more than I thought. I was hoping for a buildable product… go subtle in the day and build for the night. It left a horrible taste in my mouth. Couldn’t wait to wipe it off. Packaging was lovely

Disappointing quality and customer care
I purchased a Luna by Lisa sun tint product and was disappointed to find that the gold film on the lid was flaking off, leaving gold flecks on my face and brush. As I no longer had my receipt, I contacted the brand directly to report the issue.
The response I received relied on company policy to refuse any assistance because the item was bought in a shop rather than online. While they referenced “government legislation” as a barrier to why they could not help, Irish consumer law does not prevent a manufacturer from resolving a genuine fault. This approach left me with no resolution and a very poor impression of the brand’s commitment to customer care. Zero customer care

Highly recommend lunabylisa, Starlight is my perfect colour, it’s more of a matte to me than a cream but it’s definitely not drying. Delivery was very quick. Ill be shopping here again for sure
