Bought the face epilator. Complete trash, does not work at all. Textbook response from company, no resolution.

I guess it's working. I have been using it since December and the hair seems to be slightly slower at growing back, But I do believe I overpaid for this particular product. Next time I will pay more attention and do more research.

I purchased a laser hair removing kit in January and was I formed I would receive it in December 25, unbelievable! I've asked 3 times for a refund but to no avail. I think they are a scam. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

The worst customer service on the planet. I did t even use the product but when I tried to return it they offered 50% refund just to keep it. I returned the product and they never refunded my money. I had to go through my bank to get reimbursed. I will never try another product from this company.

I ordered this. With my schedule, I used it sparingly. But I followed all instructions for care and use. One day, it randomly stopped working. I reached out to the company. Of course, I was barely over the 30 day money back guarantee. They gave me no options for a replacement just 30% refund. Do Not Buy this product. It doesn’t work, doesn’t last and the company doesn’t care.

Reading some of the negative reviews worries me before submitting my refund request. To my surprise, I received a replied from John shortly after, and he offered return option same as the other agents offer to others. But after our communication, he understood the issue on the UVac Pro vacuum and approved my request without hassle. Excellent !!

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. I ordered the Lumivyx Hair removal IPL, followed directions to the letter, NO CHANGE. It doesn’t do anything but give false hope!

Purchased this to remove facial hair only to find out from another review it does not work on gray hair. This was not mentioned in the ad. Have also tried to remove what's left on my head which still has some color in it but after 6 weeks of using 3 to 4 times per week it has done nothing! This was supposed to be a top rated hair remover. They did mention it doesn't work on light colored hair which I assumed to be blonde but not specifically gray. I did learn that to remove gray hair I need an electrolysis epilator which I can purchase on Amazon for much less. Live and learn

I found the lumivyx IPL hair removal device somewhat effective. However, after 3 months, the device stopped working. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that they only offered a 30 day guarantee. They did offer to refund 30% of my purchase price; I replied stating I would prefer to have them replace the unit. It had been 2 weeks and no response.

I've been waiting for my emails to be answer. Again, Please let me know when can I expect the refund and will the warranty purchase will be include.

I ordered this product for myself to remove the extra fine hair on the cheek and chin that come with ageing. When it arrived the instructions clearly state that it doesn't work with greying or light blond hair. This makes it useless and it would have been honest if they made that clear at the time of ordering. A total waste of money - and I am unable to return it or get a refund as I opened the package - in order to read the instructions.

I wish I would have read reviews here before purchasing seeing that the reviews are so mixed. I ordered and the product (an IPL hair remover) took two almost three weeks to arrive, which isn’t a problem for me.

The problem is that when it arrived I was excited read instructions shaved in preparation like the directions tell you. I plugged it in and it turned on for about 2 seconds and has been a paper weight ever since.

When I contacted customer service I was asked several times to take video of the issue, which I did 3 times. It doesn’t work, which at showed them instead of offering a replacement right away there been two weeks of emails back and forth of “show us the issue” so I ended up just requesting a refund I don’t want to even want to bother anymore with their product and per their policy I should be entitled to a full refund. Now there is no response.

Terrible customer service product didn’t work

Ordered a shaver for ,husband for Christmas on 12/2/24. The details on their site was misleading as it states the company in USA according to their correspondence. Once I got tracking details and saw it was coming from China on 12/19 I reached out via their support email asking to cancel and refund because I knew it would not arrive in time. Had to purchase another gift for Christmas. The package arrived just this put weekend. I've had to get my credit provide to start a case because they are not responding neither in the chat. Phone or email to approve a return and get my money refunded. This is a scam. I haven't even opened the package as I am extremely upset.

I have used your product for a couple of weeks now and the fungal injection is clearing up. I have had this infection on my toes (both feet) for over 40 years, and with God's help and your product, the infection is clearing up. The stick - roll-on application is easy to apply - because I am disabled with cerebral palsy the application process is easier than other products I have used in the past. I would recommend this product for its effectiveness and ease of use. I had purchased your recommended 4-sticks.

7 blade razor does not work no phone answer no chat answer scam company

I was treated with respect and had every problem dealt with in very prompt way. Thank You so much.

There was a problem with my order so I sent them a picture of the broken product and they're sending me a new one, well I didn't hear back for awhile so I sent another email fully expecting to be ghosted, but a few days later I got an email explaining that there was a glitch, and they actually did respond, not only did they send screenshots of the email and tracking number, I got this information on Saturday when they don't even normally contact people

Will not answer phones, "chat" with a live agent is about a 20 minute wait (so far as I am still waiting), have not gotteng the product I was supposed to get last week, no updates on why the delay.......
In summary, horrible customer service. I am about 2 minures away from canceling my order. Maybe it is a good product but the aggravation of dealing with this company makes it not worth it.
