I am amazed at the excellent customer service which I have received from this company. My dentist suggested I start using a water pik. I did some research and found Lumivyx. I received my order and there was an issue with the pik. I contacted them and almost immediately I was contacted to resolve the issue. I was notified that they are sending me a new water pik and I am thrilled. I will definitely be purchasing additional water piks for my family.

I ordered a vest for my son for Christmas. It was too small and I wrote to Lumivyx to see if I could exchange it for a larger size. They answered me promptly and immediately shipped the new vest to me. I was very impressed with their customer service. Great company. I would certain purchase from them again.

This company cares!
While the products were well made, the sizing was way off, rendering them unusable to me. When I asked for a refund and stated I was willing to return them, I was told they had already refunded them and that there was no need to return them. What a relief, and what a nice change, to work with a company that truly works with their customers. Thanks again!!!

Their customer service is excellent. I had an issue w my order and emailed to their support. I received a reply the very next day; explaining the situation. They also remedied the situation in a way completely satisfying to me. I would order again through this company should I have the need based on this uncomplicated experience .

I was initially pretty upset about the delay in delivery and on top of it, I was given to believe the amount I paid was in Canadian and was shocked when i saw the bill which was much much more and even with the exchange rate, it was much higher hence I called my credit card company and disputed the charges since payment was due much later. They advised me to first write to the company with my complaints and see if the company resolves it and if not they would take action. Fortunately I got a prompt reply from Bobbie apologising for the inconvenience caused and came up with an offer but unfortunately when the product did arrive but from an unknown source locally, the size was too big and not of the quality I expected hence declined it and requested to cancel and refund the amount. To my pleasant surprise I got a prompt reply from Christine advising me that the amount that I paid was being refunded and also advised me not to send the package back and to keep it hence I wrote to them that since I cannot use it, I would donate them to some needy person. I wrote back thanking Christine for her prompt reply and quick action.
Shipping delays and wrong items sent.
It took over a month for me to receive the items I ordered, and then I discovered that the items sent were the wrong size.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered the stay-dry underwear in a Medium. They shipped 5 pair of 6XL. These are completely unusable for me. If they were out of stock in my size they should have refunded my money, not just thrown anything in a box and shipped it.
Their chatbot is non responsive and customer service can’t be reached by phone.
Do not order anything from this company.

TOTAL SCAM. This site is a scam don't use. You pay for an item and they send you the tracking info from DHL, then never send it to DHL. When you call them out on it, the switch it to 17Track which is another scam.
NO PRODUCT AFTER THREE CWEEKS!
I placed my order on 11/26. I was told it shipped 11/28. I called back when I didn’t receive it and was told it shipped12/6 and would arrive is 7-9 days I still don’t have my product. Invoice is 216710. Is this a scam?

I reviewed this company a day or so ago and thought I was only getting a 50% refund. After sending a very disappointed and upsetting review, the company gave me a full refund, which I am grateful for. Apparently, I misunderstood their return policy. In my opinion, it should have been very clear & I should have gotten a full refund immediately with no questions asked. It was very early in the 30 day “money back guarantee.”

Untrustworthy merchant
I ordered absorbent underwear for my special needs daughter. Even after requesting tracking info 2 weeks after order, I never received any #. Now 3+ weeks later, the order arrived...pathetic excuse for "absorbent underwear". These are CHEAP, thin, panties. $50 and I could have bought something equivalent at Walmart for $20 or less! Seems returns are worthless - have to pay shipping and question if I'd ever receive a refund. Not a trustworthy merchant at all.

I placed my order. Received an email saying I will get a tracking number as soon as it ships. I received an email 2 days later saying the "Your order has shipped, but there seems the tracking number has been lost" and "this happens from time to time". Then I received an email saying my order was delivered, I go to check and NOTHING was there. I attempted their pointless customer support and days later I am yet to hear back from them.
