Scam. Avoid! Fake products from China that don’t work.

Complete scam. I ordered 3 tubes, all smell like chemicals, completely different packaging to what is advertised. No tint or coverage AT ALL. Do no buy from them

Took 6 weeks yo arrive like a fool I bought the 3 for 2 and free brush offer.. Brush is tiny.. name not same on tube as on box .. far to.psle does nothing ... going to attempt to get axrefunf.. do not buy and shame on the influencers who are on commision to.promte this crap

I ordered 3 tubes of Luminova Supreme Crème, with free star shaped applicator brush. I understood from the Instagram post that this was an Irish company. My order came from China. It was not Luminova Supreme Crème, it was Eelhoe Perfect Cream. It was not a large, star-shaped applicator, it was a tiny, oval shaped brush more suited for blusher. The cream is thin and white, gives zero coverage and has a chalky appearance. I’m reporting this company to the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland. Do not order from this company - you won’t get what you order.

Rubbish Chinese product, not Irish. Tube is not even branded Luminova. No colour in product - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Heard Irish lady’s voice, watched her legs become golden… It’s an utter scam. My products finally arrived from China. They were supposed to be Irish. Ordered medium tint - there’s no tint colour listed and there’s zero tint in it as my legs got whiter if that’s possible. Steer clear. I tried to cancel it several times and they weren’t playing ball.

😡SCAM
1. Luminova Ltd advertises as being an Irish Company and gives an address at No 2 The Elms, Dunboyne, Co. Meath. I imagine that is a fake address.
Also I received recommendations from 2 contacts of mine and both turned out not to have been from them, but from hacked accounts it seems.
2. You are told the product will arrive in 3-6 working days, but it took 20 for mine and came from China.
3. The product you get is NOT Luminova, it is Eelhoe, and cannot be returned if opened. I didn't open mine as there was no point.
4. The 3 product I bought did NOT come in Tan, Medium and Dark as advertised and ordered. All 3 tubes were the same, and none had any pigment level described at all.
5. The €9.99 applicator brush for body makeup shown in the advertisements is about 5 times the size of the miniscule one that you get. Its not big enough to apply blusher never mind body cream.
6. You are supposed to be able to cancel the order within 6 hours of ordering. I cancelled more like within 6 minutes, but they refused to refund me.
8. Eelhoe Perfect Creme can be bought for a pittance on other Chinese Sites.
9. I didn't open mine as they don't accept returns on opened items...the other reviews here describe it as chalky and transferable (it says its not)
10. Smells like hair remover.
There should be a Zero Stars option here. AVOID but if you got it, contact your bank for a refund and the Gardai to report online fraud.

Absolute scam. Wish I'd come here first to read reviews. Sent an entirely different, unregulated product from China. NOT AN IRISH COMPANY!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Irish lady advertising the product but a completely different product came from China. Contacted customer care and was asked to send a pic of the product along with the tiniest application brush I’ve ever seen. No refund. Offered €10% of what I paid. Told them to keep it. Pure scam. Stay clear.

Waiting on reply from these waiting days it has to be a scam..I should have known when I didn't see a PayPal option. Heard an Irish lady saying she started using this I presumed made in ireland 🇮🇪 took the money no fallback should have read the reviews 🙄

Total Scam .....Totally different product delivered - Eelhoe. You won't get what you pay for and they won't refund your money. Don't believe the post paid return label - it isn't honoured. I think their CS is AI.... AVOID - give the €40 to a charity....

Very poor quality, shocking customer service, stated it was an Irish product yet posted from China

AVOID !!! This is not a genuine product going by my experience. I received today the crème is very bad no coverage, not the correct branding it is not luminova. False advertisement portraying it as Irish product yet it came from china. Packaging product and brush were all very poor standard and not what was advertised. This is terrible treatment of people and a scam in my opinion. I emailed and got a reply requesting photos and they would look into and get back to me but I won’t hold my breath. So so disappointed!

It’s not what is advertised at all completely different name on the tube and it’s thick like paint also the brush that I paid extra for is TINY … Raging I didn't check with Trustpilot I always do but thought this was an Irish company ..it’s not it came on a slow boat from China

Just received this luminova cream and brush in the post it was NOT AS Described and has no colour or coverage Dont waste your money

Purchased Luninova Supreme Creme believing it was Irish owned, having watched the Instagram posts and all the great reviews, images etc. First flag was my shipping notification, coming from China, emailed them and was told this was due to demand and manufacturing availability, I was reassured it was an Irish Business. Product arrived today, wasn't Luminova Supream Cream it was EELHOE Prefect Cream, watery, doesn't cover blemishes, not as advertised. I've emailed them to express my disapointment and requested a refund. I don't recommend this company or product, feeling disapointmented and cheated.

This company is stating it’s an Irish Company with an Irish product. Both false, the product comes from China. Also it does not go via the official TikTok site which I now realise is a red flag.. Product which arrivednot as advertised and when you raise a dispute they give you the run around stating it’s ’old Packaging’. Then in order to get a full refund they ask you to return the product to an address in Florida which does not appear to exist. Total scam. Avoid

While the customer service is good, the product is awful.. I ordered medium but even on my very pale skin, it made it paler. It smells like veet/immac.. nowhere on the packaging does it mention luminova so I thought I ordered from a dodgy website and the applicator brush is really useless.. way to small and not fit for purpose.. would not recommend! By the way the product is transferable even though it states it’s not.. my skirt was destroyed in product however it does wash off
