Worst hair Ever it tangled and knotted up something awful, shedded like crazy I'm not sure if it's even human hair,sent them photos and emails telling them about the hair I purchased and they didn't offer nothing but 26.00 refund, my purchase was almost 300.00, this company is a fraud

The hair is very soft. I took it and dyed it and the results are GORGEOUS. WILL BE ORDERING MORE. ITS 26-28-30. And the hair actually came in a weeks time, even tho it was 4th of July week.

I picked out a wig and paid for it with klarna. First they didn't send it because I had to prove it was paid for. Then after that I got a wig in two days. It looks like a mullet. Short and over layed in the front. The cap is a extra small because I can not get my head in it. I paid 149 for the wig. They told me to keep it and they would give me 26 dollars back. I should sell it on ebay. I told them to sell it on ebay and return the money. I got a message to send it back to Hong Kong I think. I will never use this company again. They send the wrong wig, thats ugly and that I cant get on my head and I have to send it back international to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. EXPENSIVE RETURN POLICY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY OFFERED $15 PARTIAL REFUND FROM $107 ORDER! It took approximately 2 weeks from payment to delivery (long time). My order cost was high $107.15. I ordered a 4/27, 14inch human hair wig with a band. The hair color is terrible in person, with no thought towards how the highlights are placed and the quality felt super fake. I reached out requesting to return and they shared that the quality is really good but willing to process the return if i pay for shipping. Here’s the thing - they are located in China so shipping is really expensive and practically no refund at all. They instead offered a $15 refund out of the $107 spent! As a customer you feel boxed because you dislike the hair quality, color but then you are paying even more to return. Terrible, never buy.

This hair is poor quality. It sheds and is not human hair. It dries out and looks horrible unless it's wet. Beware. Do not spend your hard earn money with this company. I don't understand companies like this. You want better reviews put out better products
I sent a message and I'm waiting for customer service to respond. Please send quality hair or refund me. I had to pay 200.00 for install. It will not last two weeks. I'm very sad.

Lumiere hair is very soft with no shedding it really lived up to it’s standards about thee quailty of there products

I initially wrote a review on 2/9/26 and gave 2 stars due to the hair not being true length. The hair was also synthetic and knots did not bleach. 6/2/26 the company reached out and offered to refund 50% of my purchase for a bad first time experience. The refund was contingent upon me removing my review. They DID NOT follow through! Once again, I would not order from this hair company anymore.

I wish I could give no stars... they are scammers beware!!! Do not buy from them.

This is some of the WORST hair I have ever purchased, I washed and conditioned hair prior to installing and noticed ends of hair was very coarse once installed had to continue to cut the ends of the hair because it was so dry and frayed. After 2 weeks hair is tangled and matted and shedding everywhere reached out to customer service and they offered me $25 back and hair cost $200 plus. This is NOT real human hair and I will never buy again. BEWARE !!

Shipping was longer than expected, but when I contacted Lumiere, they gave a speedy response and were very helpful. The hair was worth the wait! It didn't shed, there was no strong smell, and it felt great by touch. I was so satisfied with my install and how well the hair took to heat. I definitely plan on purchasing with Lumiere again!

I would not recommend this hair to anyone looking for a long-lasting, high-quality product.

Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! It’s a fraud company from the merchandise, contact email, and return policy. As a salon owner/stylist the quality of hair isn’t what the description claim it to be. The bundles are thin not as shown on the model and the sales are not worth it! I’m leaving this factual review so others won’t be fooled by the false reviews left by other customers.

I got this wig and it’s my favorite so far it doesn’t tangle easy ,is easy to brush through and i love the quality of the hair feels really nice
