Product doesn’t work. They flat out refused to give me a refund/replace the product. They kept telling me that it does work. For those who haven’t recieved their item or their item is faulty, you can claim the money back via your bank, which is what I am now doing under the consumer rights act.

Do Not Shop Here - Item was bought as a present, the WiFi booster makes my internet worse rather than better. Because I am organised and bought my sons present earlier than his actual birthday, they advised that because it was over 30 days I was unable to have a refund and refused to replace it if I couldn’t prove there was a fault with the item. But when reading the other reviews, I would have to pay for the return and it would be more expensive than the item itself.

It cost £50 to return
The camera took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did the quality was very poor. I sent it back through there 'hassle free returns policy.' The return address is in Spain and I was told it had to be sent recorded delivery or they wouldn't accept it. This cost £14. A full refund was then confirmed but when the refund arrived £40 had been deducted for 'customs'. I did dispute it and was told the case was closed.

Do Not Buy From This Company!
I can't stress enough, do not buy from this company.
The product sent no way matched what was advertised on their website. It's all a scam with other people experiencing the same issue. Only when the payment provider intervened that I received a full refund.
Returning is at YOUR own expenses and they will argue with you in the reviews/returns emails. They're scamming customers and having any negative reviews hidden.

I did some research into Dashcams before placing the order. This was for my husband's Christmas present.
As soon as I placed my order l was somewhat suspicious about this Company. I did some more research and found the products were poor quality. I immediately asked to cancel the order. But they refused. I was in contact with their so called Customer Service. Customer Service. I put to her that I found the products were poor. She was VERY rude and insulting to me. The product arrived and I could tell from the packaging that it looked cheap. My husband had ordered a Dashcam as a present for one of our family which was much better quality and considerably cheaper. This is so disappointing to me. My husband is very knowledgeable about technology and he agreed. I asked to return the product but they wanted to charge a large amount of money. So it was not possible to do this. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR IT’S PRODUCTS.

As clearly stated in our policies, customs duties and import charges are applicable for orders shipped to the UK, as the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union. These charges are imposed by local authorities and are outside of our control. If customs fees are not paid or are incurred, they are deducted from any refund, as they are non-recoverable by us.

I placed an order which didn’t arrive in time to gift as a present. I contacted Lumenvira with the details and a refund was issued once the form had been submitted. The process was simple, stress free. I would recommend Lumenvira, I didn’t test the product but I can say the customer service was excellent.

I was unable to get the camera door bell to connect to my WiFi. Requested a refund and return and to the seller's credit they replied straight away and the refund appeared into my account the next day. 1st class service.

Will only refund if you pay overseas postage and taxes
Doorbell wont connect with my phone, patiently tried every fix, several times over several days, asked for help, told to send evidence of problem, sent video showing it would not connect "Device offline" they said that its was all ok, asked how it can be ok when it won't connect. So ok refund me, only if I send it back in perfect condition (no problem only took out the box and tried), but I pay the secure tracked postage to Italy, I pay any taxes that it might incur as we are no longer in the EU and provide a tracking number, which will cost at least half if not all of what I paid for the none working crap doorbell, total scam, stay away from this rubbish company.

At no point did we state that your device “had no fault”.
We simply asked for standard troubleshooting steps and a video so we could identify the issue, as we do with every customer to avoid unnecessary returns. You provided the video and we continued the process as required.
We NEVER asked you to ship the product to Italy.
You were given one single official return address in Spain, and you were specifically told not to send the package anywhere else without confirmation and tracking.
You decided to send the parcel to a different destination that was not provided by our support team, which we cannot be responsible for.
Our return instructions and conditions were clear from the beginning.
Like every online store, returned items must be sent back with tracking so they do not get lost. This is standard practice across all retailers and is clearly stated in our refund policy, which is publicly available.
You were never refused a refund.
The refund simply requires the product to be returned to the correct address, as legally required. We cannot process a refund for an item that is shipped to the wrong location without tracking.
We understand that experiencing technical issues can be frustrating, but accusing a company of being a “scam” after not following the provided return instructions is unfair and inaccurate.
We remain available to assist you, but we can only process your refund if the return is completed correctly and sent to the verified address provided by our support team.

Awful! After waiting 25 days for delivery from china there was issues from the start after constantly getting in touch with their help desk and going round in circles trying to sort it out which looking at the quality of it you knew from day 1 it was never going to work. After admitting defeat and asking for a refund they simply don't want to know they just say you have had it 30 days so your stuck with it even though it clearly states on their false advertisement it comes with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee it's not true just like all the reviews they have on the adverts it's false advertising there's a paper trail of email's with all the issues I don't think I will ever buy anything like this again coming from china because they can send you all the rejects and when you complain you are stuck they don't care they know you won't fly to china with it so definitely avoid buying local is better in the long run trust me . Just been reading the other reviews there is certainly a familiar pattern why is this company allowed to continue advertising and trading?
One review even states they do not recognise any of our consumer legal bodies why are they still trading awful.
Well I feel I really must reply to your response you have had 10 days to come up with something and is this really the best you can do. As you say it took the best part of a month to arrive so when it did it did without any guarantee and I was saying from the start it's not working properly I done everything you asked as you point out there was several issues until you have to admit it doesn't work the advisor was pleasant until I asked for a refund. I was never offered a replacement so how could I refuse one? There is an advertisement clearly stating a 60 day satisfaction guarantee I have a snapshot on my phone to prove it and as you say you don't have 3rd party advertising it has to be from yourselves to which you are refusing to honour. The reason I believe it is made in china because it says so on the box or is this not true also? As you know I didn't return the item to this day is because you never asked for it or offer me anything even though there's a paper trail from the start with issues if you had acted reasonably and taken proper responsibility for faulty goods which looking at independent reviews you are fully aware there's multiple issues with your product if only you had done the right thing at the start this unfortunate and sorry matter could of been totally avoided

You were taken through all necessary troubleshooting steps.
You were offered a replacement unit, which you declined.
You were provided with explanations, instructions, and responses without delay.
For full clarity:
You did not request a refund within the legal 30-day return period. Your request was submitted well over 45 days after delivery, and this alone makes the claim ineligible under UK and EU consumer regulations.
A refund for defective goods requires that the item be returned for inspection. To this day, you have not returned the product, despite receiving the return instructions.
You also state that we refused to honour a “60-day satisfaction guarantee.” As already explained, we do not offer such a guarantee, nor have we ever advertised one. Any third-party advertisement you refer to is not from our official store, and using non-official ads as “evidence” is misleading.
Your latest review contains several false accusations regarding our compliance, product origin, and business practices. These statements are not only incorrect but damaging. As a result, and to protect our company from defamatory claims, we will be initiating a formal legal process in accordance with UK and EU legislation. Now 14 working days , still not received!!.They now e mail to say it will be delivered within max 10 working days.

Airflow Heater
The Airflow Heater is a low-quality product, most likely a mass-produced item from a factory in China. I had planned to return it, but, as many others have mentioned, the cost of sending it back to Spain made it impractical. A good reminder to buy local next time.
I would have rated this company slightly higher, but the customer service was also disappointing. When I emailed to request return details, they confused me with another customer who happened to share my name and had filed a complaint. Even after I pointed out the mix-up, they refused to acknowledge it. Very unprofessional experience overall.
