Swift service, and good prices

Nice fast delivery

Ordered some lovely Lelli Kelly boots, came in a timely manner and with a cute little bracelet. Thank you

Our Granddaughter loves her new boots.

Adele was very good at keeping me informed of my purchase and also sorted out an issue very promptly . Love her products and there is a great choice online.

I can’t thank Adele enough for my beautiful order and the outstanding customer service I’ve received.
Her communication was superb throughout and I was kept up to date via texts and phone calls when she was trying to source the out of stock items I needed.
She was extremely professional and went over and above to secure these items to ensure they arrived before Christmas.
Thank you once again for your kindness. It’s not often you come across this when ordering online. You’ve made my little girls Christmas.

I contacted the shop regarding a Christmas present and the lovely Adele went above and beyond to help me. Although the item I wanted wasn’t in stock with her she sourced the item from a friend and sent it to me. I cannot thank her enough. Excellent service.

Fabulous service, nothing too much trouble.
Lovely little shop.

Only place I could get these school shoes for my daughter she is delighted and delivery was super fast

Although it was easy to purchase the twin dolls it was only after my order was completed and my payment made that I was informed that the item was out of stock! Although I was given a refund straight away it took several days to appear in my account! It would have been better if when the sale began it was shown to be out of stock .

Brilliant customer service.would definitely use this firm again

Ordered a lilliputiens doll for my son, it arrived quickly and is perfect. Thank you.

Beautiful shoes that come with beautiful accessories. Had to send back as were to small. But would definitely order from them again.
