Loved the old flavors, new ones lost flavor in only a few minutes and were a lot tougher, less satisfying gum than the previous flavors.

The many flavors of “chew and park” is great! The gum does not break into pieces and lose its integrity. I love the lozenges! I wish there were more flavor options for the lozenges!

Is a good product just ordered way to much to start with

Edit: the Lucy team reached out to me to make this right. I am very happy about their quick response and understanding customer service team. They are going to ship me a replacement and a return label for the product I need to send back. I'd like to reaffirm that I do like this this product and would recommend it to others.

I have a monthly subscription and have been receiving these products for several months now. No issues until now. The package I received is stale. I requested a refund and/or a replacement at no charge. I was only offered a mailing label to return the items, which was not what I requested. I do like the product and want to continue using it. I didn't plan to have to find a printer, print out the label, send it back, wait for a refund, and then order a replacement.

I feel this is finally going to work! I’m very hopeful and filled w optimism that Lucy will help me become smoke free.

Best clean nicotine products on the market…made a monkey out of me.

Ordered may 24th. As of may 31st order has not shipped. No explanation. Just an email saying it “left” the warehouse but there is a problem with the shipper. Not happy!

I started smoking on my 18th birthday. Lucy is THE only practice that has kept me from smoking cigarettes, since day one! The flavor is sincerely delicious; honestly good (forget about the nicotine). Any time I am around smokers I just pop a piece of gum. I've never even thought about going back!
This is guilt-free nicotine. No smell, no secondhand smoke, no leaving the party to go outside for five minutes, no cravings during a sporting event or show...
It is still an appetite suppressant, still gives you that inate sense of energy, and still actually tastes great! Pomegranate is my favorite.

I wish shipping was more clear and easy. It seems to usually get caught up at some point of USPS receiving the package in the beginning of shipment and this causes atleast a day or 2 delay.
