Lucano

I ordered 2 products on December 5 th, they arrive on 31 December and nothing looked like the pictures, they were cheap knockoffs like something from temu. I wanted to return them but they quoted absurdly high fees, so I would be bassicaly lost all my money. They promised to resound 30% of the order value. I ve donated the objects to people living on the streets.
Avoid LUCANO, they don t deserve to have customers.

The product sent was not what I ordered and they suggest sending back the merchandise to China, even though it came from Romania. They refuse returning my money and offered 10% from the total sum I paid. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!

I placed the order 2 weeks ago and they are sending me the following emails:
1. It's very busy with the holidays and they didn't have time to put the order in the courier.
2. I placed the order and it will arrive sometime
3. I didn't place the order because the product is no longer in stock. Don't you want something else?
Sounds like a big scam!

Website with phantom location, through Romania, Polish phone number, goods brought from China Unacceptably long delay in delivery of the order The goods received DO NOT correspond to what they displayed in the picture in terms of quality, material, appearance

It's a scam. I ordered a knitted pullover and I received a sweater with a print that looked like a knitted material. I pretty much received the picture of what I ordered and paid. Of course there is no point in returning the piece of crap since they will not return the payment.

I ordered an evening gown that arrived but could not be used. The material was a see-through, too small and cheap. They told me that if I wanted I could return the packadge but it was to an address in China to an apartament. I was supposed to return it on my own expence and the post office was not sure it would get to destination anyway.

Simply ridiculous! It's a cheap scam, really low quality products from temu sold for 2x, 3x times more money! You cannot claim return or cashback, it is a waste of money and time...

They blocked my email cause I confronted them to give me the 25% back. I will go fwd and announce ANPC about this. You people who were taken your money, why don't you inform Anpc too? We need to shut those jerk down

I never received the products. After two months of emailing them, I kept getting conflicting responses from different staff members—some claimed the order was still on the way, while others admitted it had been returned and promised to resend the items. After nearly three months of waiting, I was refunded only 75% of my money. They withheld the remaining 25% as so-called “processing fees,” despite the fact that I never received anything.
THIEVES AND SCAMMERS- should be reported to the police

DO NOT ORDER!!! Ive received shoes with glue and broken and a suit second hand!

Simply products from temu or shein sold at a double or triple price. I got scammed and paid more that 300 Ron and when I told them that I want to return the products as I was not satisfied with them they told me that to return them back it will be costly for me as they came outside of EU. Of course I did not get back the money.

A fost expediata in 17.08.2025.

lack of seriousness.
the quality of the clothes does not correspond to what they pretend to be
