Ordres from the store , Got an update saying the item has been shipped but since then no update on the order and the tracking they offer only shows they accepted the order over 20 days ago. Nothing since .
Emailed customer service and got an AI response and then a person finally responded to me but gave no update on the order just said follow this link which showed the same tracking in.
Absolutely shocking for a team that just bought an airplane but can't give proper shipping information.

Ordered during one of their recent sales. I got a random screwdriver and a mouse mat. Mouse mat is 1000x more comfortable than my current one and the screw driver is overenginered if anything. It feels solid and works great. I ordered from the US understanding that the company was CA based but despite their expected delivery of almost 2 weeks I received within 5 days. Blew amazon out of the water and they handle most shipping internally.

I had a very negative experience with this order. After waiting more than 50 days, the shipment encountered a delivery exception (“incorrect address - street number”) that I was unable to resolve directly through the carrier.

I tried to get support to help correct the delivery issue, but I did not receive a clear or effective way to resolve it within the timeframe I needed the product. As a result, the order did not serve its intended purpose.

In my case, the lack of a timely resolution and the long waiting period made the overall experience very unsatisfactory. I hope they can improve their shipping process and support handling in situations like this.

My experience with the LTT Store was so bad it honestly felt like dealing with a borderline scam operation.

I placed a simple order that was supposed to cost about $120. By the time it showed up, thanks to their completely incompetent handling of taxes, the total had magically inflated to nearly $290. More than double. Of course I refused the package — I’m not paying for their screw-up.

Then came the best part: customer support that basically didn’t exist. For almost THREE MONTHS I got nothing but silence. No real replies, no help, just being ignored like my money didn’t matter. It wasn’t until I kept pushing and applying pressure that they finally bothered to respond and agree to a refund (which I’m still not fully convinced is settled).

The whole thing felt unprofessional, disorganized, and sketchy as hell. Between random price changes, zero communication, and the ridiculous amount of time it took to get any resolution, I wouldn’t trust this store with a single dollar.

If you like risking your money on overpriced “trust me bro” merch and hoping someone eventually answers you months later, go ahead. Otherwise, stay far away. I won’t be touching this store again

So I ordered the LTT Backpack bundle during their Xmas offers and I was overcharged with double VAT + higher than normal customs charges. Now to say that this was a widespread issue, the support team reached out widespread to these orders for evidence on the charges to re-imburse me.

It took a month for this to be done, but due to the magnitude of the issue I'm very happy with how the team has handled everything. This was my first order from LTTStore, despite the huge mess up they've given regular updates.

And to top it off... Backpack I recieved is amazing!

Ordered from LTTStore during Black Friday sales and while my orders have arrived, I was hit by an insane customs fee and promised a refund because of "trust me bro". Unfortunately I am still 85€ in the red on a 130€ order due to insane fees. Would not recommend to order from here if you don't live in Canada or USA at all.

Trust me Bro, it's not worth it.

They will make very public update posts on forums and reddit accounts, but the correspondence with actual paying customers is non-existent.

They will double collect taxes and then expect customers to jump through a variety of steps in order to get their money back. When pressed, they will claim that the third party plugin for their store doesn't let them do any differently and despite employing a significant development team they refuse to fix it, while simultaneously posting condescending forum replies of "well we have to collect taxes".

Despite shipping millions of dollars of products per year, they like to make claims of being just a small business who couldn't possibly be expected to do any better.

Claims like this make a mockery of the genuine small businesses who expend effort trying to ensure customers have a positive experience.

The products themselves are fine, but often come without any packaging.

I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 6th and a shipping label was printed on the 8th. It wasn’t until I demanded a refund on the 20th that they finally decided to ship it! Unfortunately, my gift won’t get to my grandson until 2 days AFTER Christmas. This is totally unacceptable when they said there was a 9 day shipping policy.

My 80 euro order was declared as a 200 usd order, during checkout I paid vat, during import I had to pay another 80 euro in import duties and the tax office asked for vat again since ltt seems to not be declaring the taxes at all.

Terrible customer service. I still haven’t received my products and I’m not even opening the box. Return label is going on and it’s going back out. Ordered December 4th it took them 12 days to respond to my many emails and they do not answer the phone. I didn’t get a response from them until I processed a charge back through my credit card company and magically it shipped already and they couldn't cancel the order. I told them to figure it out because my card company was already give me a refund. Then they said I could get a free return. I didn’t hear from them again. Still no package.

Ordered on Cyber Monday haven't received order that said 3-9 days delivery. USPS says Shipping Label Created, Awaiting Item, since December 1, 2025. Sent a request to LTT Store for clarification, Customer Service starts out as AI, and then several days later a person sends back a message saying the same thing AI says. No follow-up, no information about where/when my order will ship. Several follow-up attempts on my part, and silence. Now they don't respond at all.

Black Friday is a busy time but it wasn't a super long wait. 1.5 weeks, Not unreasonable. Products I recieved were great quality, packed well and look great. Would order again.

Desverre ikke mulig å handle fra for nordmenn. De tar betalt for MVA uten å være VOEC-regiistrert, så den får du dobbelt. Både utssendingstid og frakttid er absurd. De har også i praksis forfalsket anmeldelsessystemet på nettsiden ved å kun tillate anmeldelser fra kunder, som i dette tilfellet vil si folk som er fan nok av en YouTube-kanel til å vite om dem, noe som utelater alt fra bruktkjøp til de som får det i gaver (som etter all logikk vil være litt mer nøytrale om selve merket). Dårlig og treg kundeservice også.

I bought several products on Lime Day promotion, and I’m fully impressed with each and every product I received, it’s well built, great materials and great functionality, got the screwdriver, the stubby screwdriver, the precision screwdriver and a waterbottle. I fully recommend your products. Thank you for the great experience.

Fast delivery! It was expected to take 3-4 weeks, but my order arrived after less than 2 weeks. I cant give 5 stars though, as i had some trouble with the order tracking number and a delayed response when i wrote to the lttstore. Overall i am happy with my order though! :-)

I tried to purchase the magnetic cable management on the 31st of March. The VHB add on plates would not add to my cart. I contacted support and here is where I get to the same issues as everyone else.

I go back and forth with support them offering to make my basket for me and link it to me. They take so long to respond most of the time that this conversation to get to they dont have them in stock and arent selling it atm. Ended on the 15th of April.

Idk why they have it in the store and when you click add to cart it just doesn't work when its not in stock and no mention of not in stock.

Anyway I then proceed to purchase the rest of the products a very large order over $400 aus dollars. They proceed to not ship the order for a month. I placed it on the April 18th. They didnt ship it until May 15th. Not arrived, they took a month to be bothered to send my order. It then took a couple of weeks to arrive. I didnt realise the bits weren't included. But the bit packages they have are very specific and the all in one they have doesn't have as much as I wanted. I asked support on the 28th of May just after it arrived. About an all in 1 larger package.

They replied to me yesterday 13th of June that is an insane wait time on support. Worst customer service ever I purchased these bits if anyone else wants to know. (AEJ, 49 pack screwdriver set)
Cant believe he does secret shopper and complains about customer support. The literal irony of how insanely shitty his customer support is and you want to throw stones. Absolutely shocking!

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. They don’t respond. Purchased a backpack and still have not received it. Will be filing a fraud charge against this store. DO NOT BUY from LTTstore.com. They are not a reputable business
