Be careful with this company, they think its OK to send emails to a personal email address to which I have never signed up for or requested. Unsubscribed more than one and the spam keeps coming through.

Typical of this type of property company and looking at other reviews maybe one to avoid and if a company can't comply with GDPR rules what else can't they comply with. BEWARE !

To add, the excuse below that it was rightmove is a load of rubbing because this email and name has never been used on right move so just goes to show that you do not comply to GDPR rules.

Tricia was always available from the start to the end of the transaction, answering multiple questions and putting our minds at rest. LPC connected my husband with a dodgy developer. We paid the deposit for a property and then the developer folded (although I believe they are now just trading under another name). At the time LPC promised we'd get our money back but it's been over a year and they are now avoiding us. Would not recommend using their services.

My experience with LPC has not been great! I was introduced to a property investment for my son for whom this is the first property project. He paid the reservation fee approximately 4/5 weeks ago from his hard earned savings in the sum of £5K. At the time no mention was made of the fact that the lenders may refuse lending for this particular model. Despite the broker trying numerous brokers no lender is willing to lend. Obviously this is not our fault !! On speaking to LPC on various occasions all I have been advised is “we are still waiting”. In such a scenario surely my sons reservation fee should be returned as it is not his fault. However no news from LPC on this front and my son is so worried and distraught as this was his first step towards property investment! He obviously is very keen to move on but cannot do so thanks to LPC

This is my second property purchase with LPC invest and I have once again been able to work closely with Natalie the whole way through. She sent me various options and even took the time out of her Saturday to take me on site visits to each of the properties before making her recommendation. Her communication is always fantastic, and LPC have been very accommodating and flexible with payment terms as I often have to wait for money to be moved around when making payments. I would highly recommend LPC and their legal partners and will without a doubt be purchasing more properties through them in the future.

Sold us an investment property in Liverpool but once took our deposit they did not return emails or calls promptly (usually 2-3 months to get a reply) and now the developer that they recommended in Liverpool has gone into administration. This has taken three years from taking our money to now our money being lost to a developer and real estate investment company that are not professional and do not care about their clients.

Thank you for your reply. The communication issues have been there over the past two years with promised updates not being given and total silence after the third long stop date had passed. If a satisfactory outcome is achieved then I will happily edit the review. Our biggest frustration has been the near total lack of communication and updates. Which I understand was someone who is no longer an employee.
