Very approachable no nonsense from the lady who helped us. The agent that came to the house for signatures was helpful and reassuring .

They were extremely efficient and informative and explained everything really well. I had everything signed and sent off very quickly after a home visit.

Mr Roberts was a very easy man to speak to.
Did his utmost to be helpful. And explained about the form and the correct order to fill it all in

The company was very efficient and very easy to deal with.

They did not explain properly what documents needed.Also about the fee. We were told claiming benefit its exempted free.The collegue said to us. All she did was fill the forms and got us to sign documents.Then we paid the cost of £350 and that was the total amount i was told to pay by my friend who recommended you to me.Therfore asking me to pay extra cosr of £46 pounds for each documents why?.

Very helpful, friendly, and I felt reassured. Was nice to be seen on a home visit. The forms were filled in quite quickly and was advised to have my family here on the day to sign their part so as to save any messing about getting their signatures.
