Sam Watson was extremely helpful today, he went above and beyond to get me booked onto a cruise that friends have already booked.

The booking process was made very easy and straightforward by Sam the customer advisor. Sam was also very friendly, helpful and provided useful information about the areas we would visit.

Right from my initial enquiry, Mike was so helpful and quick to reply to messages . We wanted a cruise and hotel stay but didn'tknow wheretostart really. He managed to find us the perfect itinerary, with all the bells and whistles . Nothing was too much trouble, even changing my husbands date of birth because I typed it wrong 🤣.
The price was really good too!, our cruise isn't until next year but we can't wait !

I booked the Nile cruise holiday with Low cost cruises by Jayden Grant, who patiently answered all my questions. I spent a fantastic 8 days on Ms Royal Viking Nile. The cruise and the cabin were super clean and the food was delicious and abundant. All staff were helpful and created a familiar atmosphere from the first day. Especially the guide Waleed Mourad who is very knowledgeable about the history of Egypt and I could contact him with any request at any time.
Thank you for the unforgettable experience!
