Ordered a month ago and not received my print. They responded to one email and now all emails aren't been sent as it says email not in use.
Don't order off this company as it appears its scam.

I received my print today and all I can say is wow, Michelle was great with communication and added a poem which was a a beautiful touch. Will be ordering again x

Would definately recommend lovelyprints for your pet potraits. I sent a picture of our border collie that we had just lost the week before. Michelle was in touch every step of the way and when she sent the preview of the print she asked if it was ok, was there anything i wanted changed or added. When i received my print it was lovely and there was a lovely verse included which was personal to my dog, it was a lovely surprise. No hesitation in recommending them.

The print was lovely, exactly as expected from the mock up but then Michelle include a perfect personalised poem about the grandchildren which was such a lovely surprise and I’ve attached it to the back of the frame for my daughter.

Superb product and simply brilliant customer service. After ordering another print recently for my Aunts 70th birthday the Royal Mail promptly lost it. I emailed Michelle to ask if there was any way she could send another and offer a discount as I’d lost money on the postage, frame and card I’d bought which had been lost in the post. She replied within hours to say she’d dispatch a replacement free of charge which I’m blown away by. Brilliant personalised products which have been received by my family members who have said they will keep them forever & they love their prints. Will definitely be ordering again and thank you again Michelle for your kind brilliant service.

I have now used lovelyprints.com for a couple of very old photos, the result is fantastic, no more creases or marks on the photos, so clever! I have also ordered the photographs by post, which arrived in perfect condition for framing. Michelle is very helpful & always gets back to you to discuss your options. Very pleased I came across this website.

Ordering our print was effortless very good communication with company print arrived prompt and looked lovely it captured my dad beautifully we were very pleased with it will certainly be using them again in the future also had a lovely worded note which was unexpected but beautifully written which was very appreciated many thanks Michelle

What a wonderful company, I would highly recommend them.
I had a family photo turned into a disney image. There were a couple of amendments that Michelle kindly did, and then I confirmed all was great and the digital copy was emailed to me.
Upon giving the gift, it was noticed that one of us had the wrong eye colour! I just hadn't spotted it 🤦🏻‍♀️
I emailed Michelle and she swapped it for me with no issues at all. She even added in our family dog who wasn't on the original photo.
Outstanding service, and the digital image is such good quality that the printed version looks super vibrant.

My husband had a canvas made for my birthday and I absolutely love it. Delivery was quick and he even got a preview email before hand to check he was happy with it. Amazing would definitely buy from them again.

I’ve had two prints done with Loveyprints and they are amazing. One needed a little tweak which they did to my satisfaction. Michelle was brilliant and kept me updated of each stage and responded very quickly to any query. What I didn’t realise is that they do a poem to accompany the print which are amazing and appropriate for each one and it’s as if they know the persons in the photo. It is a beautiful touch. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.
