Absolutely amazing service from Lillian! I wanted to receive my products the same day, and she went above and beyond to make it happen. Although there was an extra fee, it was 100% worth it because the whole process was so smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly lovely, professional, and very quick to respond throughout everything.

I’ve now tried the products and they are absolutely worth it especially with the discounts available! That’s honestly why I ended up getting so much. Overall, such a great experience and I’ll definitely be purchasing again. Highly recommend!

Made my order at 4am from Australia as a surprise for my partner in Auckland & these guys went above & beyond, they asked if I would like it to be delivered on the same day by a driver for an added fee. The shipping is a lil’ late because the website said I’d get my order the next day but it came the next next day. Its packaging is discreet. I ordered the wearable vibrators—it’s okay I’ve tried it already and it’s my first time using one. It’s not fun to use as I expected it to be. It has lots of modes but it doesn’t satisfy anything. It is vibrating well and you can create your own wave. I had a hard time connecting it via bluetooth but I figured it out. For me, it’s overpriced. It looks cheap but it has a nice texture in it. All in all, its meh 5/10 experience. Buy at your own risk.

I have not received my parcel for a week or so. It arrived bit late due courier issues. They resolved issues smoothly.

Item was delivered a month ago, I never recieved. Company has stopped replying to my emails. I now have no product and no money back. I've asked for a refund multiple times. Nothing... I SPENT $145

Terrible site with temu quality products as in very low budget items that they're charging alot more then they're worth for and they don't offer refunds when you make the mistake of purchasing from them and get items that are completely unfit for purpose just a terrible experience so best to avoid them never had a problem with atms

Purchased a Satisfyer, they had the cheapest prices and I couldn't find any reviews so I was worried, but I bit the bullet and made the purchase. It arrived 2 days later (would have been next day but NZ Post failed to collect in time) in discreet packaging. I contacted their customer service team twice about when it would be delivered, and both times they replied within 90 minutes or so and were very kind. Definitely a valid site, will buy from them again!
