Thank you for leaving a review and your feedback, which is always welcome. We have discussed at length the way the building in which you are a leaseholder is run, which is quite typical of resident led Management Companies, although we understand that your primary concern seems to be a lack of direct communication from those volunteer Directors. We have explained that they have engaged us as the agent to liaise with all the leaseholders on their behalf and are not obligated to correspond with you directly. Indeed they have explained their processes and reasonings to you directly in the past despite this.
We are always keen to provide an excellent service and on review we find that our proactive communication and explanations, as well as clear reminders of legislative requirements, often achieve above industry average results. For example our approach to the recent Fire Door Inspections, which we discussed is a statutory requirement, achieved a 95%+ success rate. Several members of our team have discussed with you, at length, all the queries you have raised, as well as explaining your statutory rights and obligations (and pointing you to independent advisors who have confirmed our views) while still trying to go above and beyond to ease any concerns you have and take action on suggestions where possible. We are sorry to see that this has not been sufficient for you, but our whole team will continue to do our best to comply with legislation and support you and other leaseholders as best we can.
