They will NOT stop harassing me!!! After wasting my time in delaying shipping an order then offering to cancel then denying to cancel, filing a complaint with the BBB which they ignored, threats of legal action 7 months later they start emailing and calling and now texting me??? Are they serious??? I suffer from severe depression and anxiety and they have severely aggravated my condition. They will NOT leave me alone!!! Why harass someone who has clearly stated they are NOT happy with your company, filed a complaint against your company, threatened to sue your company and said they will never be interested in purchasing ANYTHING from your company?! Pure harassment. “D****l” was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He changed his story ever in every email exchange. Now I’m being harassed by the current customer service reis via email AND text which I NEVER consented to. Why harass people who do NOT want to do business
with you and have filed complaints and threatened to take legal action??? Why further aggravate my anxiety and depression??? STOP HARASSING ME!!! I WILL PRESS CHARGES!!!! Most unscrupulous company I have ever had the misfortune of getting in contact with. They will not STOP harassing me!!!!

I placed this order in January 13th. I was quoted a discount price of $884 I was charged the full $949 and did not receive my order until March 11th. After numerous communications and promises that it was being processed and the I would receive my discount once it was all set, I still have not received it.
I think I'll be shopping elsewhere for my Tirzepatide from now on

Everything has been great up until recently when I've reached out to customer support for some help and they kind of give the runaround never direct answer or solution to my problems but other than that they're pretty quick and direct at getting your medication out to you on time and in a timely manner this is the first and only time I've ever had an issue receiving my product. Seems to be at the pharmacy for an extended period of time and I've reached out to the company to find out what the delay is or if there's anything I need to do and I'm not getting any answers from them. *UPDATE* 3/11/2026 They have contacted me to assure me everything is in order and I feel a lot better about he situation. My rx was sent to pharmacy on feb. 28th and I still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation from the pharmacy and it's just taken longer than usual. This amount of time has made me uncomfortable but once I get shipping details I'll feel more comfortable. I'll update then.
