order not received nor any dispatch or…
order not received nor any dispatch or delivery notifications other than money taken and invoice so I googled it and apparently they WENT INTO ADMINISTRATION (according to hempelf)
Despite that they still took my order AND were still advertising coronation weekend discounts up to 2 days ago- however there seems to be a new buyer so perhaps all is not lost but if so and they want to renew trust then they need to get their act together pronto - hopefully all is not lost and eventually Ill get my order.
As it stands today I was unable to contact them: Their online chat is unattended, email doesn't get a response and no phone available. That's far from promising.
UPDATE: I’m not sure what the problem was but it might have been partly my fault.
I’ve received the goods! Very pleased. Changed the rating to four stars as dashed good value ( with discount) and once communication established there was no problem.

We are pleased to see your update thank you, as looking at the e mail chain we did contact you several times between 11th-15th May. You did confirm that you did a typo on your e mail address which explains the lack of notifications regarding the delivery of your order.
The delivery of your order must have been just after you posted your initial review comments so it is understandable that you were frustrated at that particular time.
Anyway, we are very much business as usual and indeed we were extremely busy with orders over the Coronation weekend with our sale on then. We are sorry for any delays you had with the answering of your different forms of contact during that very busy period and we very much would hope that next time you will be able to give us the 5* rating.

International Shipment, If you live outside Europe just don't buy, they say the courier can't send to my country, its ok until the time to refund me, still waiting for the refund and never come...They don't care if you get your money back.
Edit - After we agree the shipping method. It was sent to my country without any problems.no customs no nothing, and it get here in 30 days.

Tension Buster
The CBD oil, liquid drops, natural flavour, 4% CBD, 1200mg, strong is the one I buy regularly and best suits my needs. Great customer service
Great customer service, did not quibble when i noticed an item was missing in my first order. I was so pleased when the very next day the oil arrived... can't ask for more! Oil in valencia orange is very palatable, so will be ordering again for sure.

Can't recommend enough!
I have been using Love Hemp CBD oil for over 2 years now and it has improved my sleep and anxiety dramatically. Their products are absolutely amazing and such high-quality. I regularly buy the CBD oil drops and I also use the body salve for sore muscles. I can't recommend them enough, especially if you struggle with poor sleep or anxiety! I used to struggle regularly with sleep but now with Love Hemp I'd say I'm a good sleeper; I normally get 8+ hours' of sleep a night of good quality, uninterrupted sleep. Strong side effects and lack of meaningful customer support
Having ordered and tried the strong CBD oil spray I have had strong side effects including brain fog, lack of ability to concentrate and low energy as a result.
Customer service are quick to point out that they cannot provide medical advice on symptoms which is disappointing.
I appreciate CBD clearly does have positive results for some people, but manufacturing a product and being unable to support customers feels a lot like jumping on the bandwagon and selling a product without a care for the customer experience.
It isn't exactly a cheap product to experiment with and get right either.
