I was supposed to get my package on April the 5th, 2024, tracking number YT2408221272069666, order 20226. I thought there was something wrong with Love for art but everything was ok and the problem was in my Condo. Actually, Love for Art contact me to ask me if everything was OK.
Better, never! Thank you very much Love for Art!!!

Worst service ever. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

After shipping delays “apparently” I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded as it wasn’t going to make it in time as a gift. They kept sending a email apologising for the delay and never addressing my request until the 6th attempt when they said it’s been shipped and provided tracking. They then said they’ll issue me a return envelope.

The item never arrived despite tracking saying it did.
I was home the whole day.
I even have a parcel
Locker at my address.

No evidence it arrived such as a picture of where it was left either.

I asked for a refund again due to this and then repeatedly send an email saying it was sent here can you confirm you got it?

I ordered a gift on Feb 24, to be delivered within ten days. It’s April 5 and still haven’t got it. Every time I email they send me back a form letter apologizing for being late but no details about delivery. What a scam!

Really doubt this company actually exists. To me after more than a month waiting, all I got was a tracker of a package that wasn’t even mine. Scam !

Update: after 7 weeks the order arrived , so no scam after all, just not the fastest in order processing. Too late for the birthday present though …

I can confirm that this is an actual company and they did fulfill my order - a personalized embosser - which was correct. It was no doubt very late and I started to have my doubts after not much information was available and the reviews here were largely saying it was a scam and no one had received anything.

I ordered an item from Love For Art 10 days in advance, for it to be delivered for our anniversary with my partner.
It’s been almost 30 days and order still hasn’t been delivered.
I would actively not recommend you to order from Love For Art if you don’t want to be disappointed. This approach to customers is unacceptable.

Item took 5 weeks to arrive from time of order. Not good enough, or at the very least be up front about that time.

Actually not a scam, at least not to me.

I got two emails about the package being delayed, they never did answer when i sent emails to them but i did get the package after a little over 1 month even though Ive read people have had to wait several and/or have not gotten their package at all.

The customer support is trash but the product looked and worked very well and everything was spelled correctly.

Ordering process on this shop was easy, the customer service was helpful, and the product is flawless. The embosser adds such a sophisticated touch to my library. Plus, it came sooner than expected!

Received the package yesterday and I was amazed at the quality of the embosser and how quickly arrived. It's a beautiful addition to my collection, and the service was outstanding throughout the process.

Horrible company. Ordered 2/13/24 for my wife’s birthday (2/26). Website said it would ship in 2-4 business days, email order confirmation said 5-8 business days. I complained at 13 business days and was told I would get “expedited shipping”. Didn’t ship till 3/14/24 (from China), finally received 3/23/24. Over a month since it was ordered and zero indication of expedited shipping. Don’t waste your time with this company.

My package shiiped very quickly just received today earlier than the expected date. The custom book embosser adds an elegant and professional touch to my books. The quality is fantastic, and the shipping time was impressively quick. Very satisfied!

The quality and detail of the custom book embosser are a cut above the rest. It arrived quickly and has been a joy to use. Highly recommend for the quality and service.

This is a scam has been several weeks after purchase and haven't received a single response on the progress of the order. Having read other reviews I'm confident I won't be getting my money back or the product I ordered. Hope no one else falls for this.
For those affected already make sure you notify Shopify that the merchant is breaking terms of service so this scam site can be shut down.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately same horrible experience as others. I should have read the reviews first! I ordered a personalised birthday present three weeks before the party and was promised delivery in 5-8 days. Three weeks later it had not arrived and I had to buy a new present. I asked twice for a refund and my request was twice ignored with replies promising instead to expedite the delivery. Finally the item was despatched and it is completely useless to me as it is personalised. The refund request has still not been fulfilled.

The custom book embosser exceeded my expectations.. The design process was straightforward and great, and the final product was both elegant and durable. Arrived much sooner than anticipated.

I have currently waited over a month for what was supposed to be a 5/6 day delivery as a gift. Time has gone and still no response or follow up. I have sent 4 email concerning the money a gave them and so far at this point nothing in return! Super pissed that people can do this type of thing to another person! So far horrible!! If I ever get what was promised and paid for I’ll do an updated review it’s been 5 weeks!

They haven't sent me the product yet. I have been waiting for over a month now! They won't respond to any emails I send and they try to feed me with discount voucher while not responding to any of my emails. DON'T BUY HERE PEOPLE!

Gave a custom embosser to my bookworm friend, and it was a hit! The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it arrived right on time for their birthday. The attention to detail was impressive.
