An post have pathetic service in Ireland please don't make partnership with them.
I have raised complaint multiple times that I lost my items I have spend 373 euro and i received only back pad support that cost may be around 30 euro i called them and email them but no answer yet.

Ordered oil paid for DHL shipping who sib contracted a different postal service lying about the content and then I never got my item after 4 weeks of ringing ( customer service cutting you off if you try say something negative about there services) to find out it was damaged 2 weeks after my first call ...Will never use them again and im in to motor trade 15+ years ..again do not buy

I placed an order which didn't ship and…
I placed an order which didn't ship and payment was refunded. When I followed up I was advised to reorder which I did and payment was successful.
About three days later my card was charged for the first order and when I tried to cancel I was advised it was not possible even though it had not been picked of shipped.
Over all the communication/service was very poor and would advise customers to be careful ordering a second time even if the money has been refunded.

Louis Motorrad costumer service is not helpful at all and l have to say one of the worst experiences that l had regard communication and help from the seller!
I was lucky l made payment through PayPal otherwise getting money back would be questionable from them as Louis Motorrad didn't have any intention to resolve these missing package and try to put me through fillings some forms about package number my address...THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE AS YOU HAVE MY DETAILS ALREADY AND JUST TRYING TO MAKE THINGS HARDER FOR BUYERS TO GET THERE MONEY BACK!!!!!!

Visor
I bought new visor from this website for about 45 euro, came not new, damaged and scratched. So what they did, they sended me email to return it back from Ireland to Hamburg (25 euro, cca) and i should order another one, which i dont trust from my last experience will be new.
I will never shop here again and will share my bad experience in my community.

Terrible experience, wrong item, don't answer e-mails, and not refunded in full
Terrible experience - purchased an intercom on 02 April 2026, multitude of issued including very slow dispatch, wrong item being delivered, on returning refund was not in full and subsequent no response to e-mails - I am stilled owed 60 euros
So now having to go through PayPal to make a claim against this awful seller.
I have records of all correspondence, pictures of the item on unpacking, pictures of the item as repacked to send back along with the letter in the box stating clearly wrong item delivered and amount to be refunded.
This is not the first time I had had issues and have now learnt my lesson I WILL NOT TO USE LOUIS AGAIN
