Excellent, efficient service. Staffs are very helpful esp Namaka staff, the 2 Indians Girls. Even when they are busy, they still make us happy even the Security Guard offered us to sit and wait. Do recommend Lotus instead of Western Union.

As a regular customer of Lotus Foreign Exchange, I unfortunately had a disappointing experience at the Manukau branch on 09/06/2026. I visited the branch to make an urgent money transfer to my uncle in Canada. Although I have been a long-time customer and my details are already stored in the system, I was asked to leave and return with my ID. This caused significant inconvenience, especially given the urgency of the transfer. This is not the first time I have experienced a similar issue, and I have mentioned my concerns to Preety.

I would appreciate it if management could review and reinforce company policies and procedures with all staff members to ensure consistency in customer service and to prevent unnecessary difficulties for loyal customers.

Due to the urgency of the situation, I had to return early the following morning to complete the transfer. Thankfully, I was assisted by Preety and Sheham, who immediately demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer care. They clearly understand their roles, communicate effectively, and know how to handle customer situations with confidence and respect.

So I visited the Manukau Branch to pickup some currency which I ordered online and while standing the line, I heard a staff telling a customer the we haven't taken breaks since morning, with grumpy face and bad attitude " oh all this people standing here are uneducated and they don't have any patience in them and they cant wait to get severed" they don't think about us staff how we going through here serving all this dumb people, but there was nobody farcing or yelling at them or shouting showing bad behaviour to the staff, everyone was either talking on the phone or scrolling on there phones. Lotus if you have this kind of staff employed by you then better train them. small branch with this kind of bad staff is impacting on business and regular customers. hope this will be looked into it by management.
