I love the kerastase items I received but the Elemis I bought has a damaged packaging. The item inside is intact but it gave me an impression that someone has opened it before sending to me, most especially that the item has no sticker to prove that it was brand new. I raised it to their help desk but the bot was not smart enough to get my concern. Also, it took me some time to reach human assistance. By the time a human responded, I replied 2 minutes later but chatbot was already closed for my concern. Nonetheless, I’m happy with the other products.

Absolutely do not buy from this company. They took money from my bank account without my authorization, using the excuse of a Subscribe & Save subscription that I clearly remember having previously cancelled. They also shipped something to an old home address of mine, an address where nobody lives anymore.

Even though this had already happened in the past, and they apologized and refunded me at the time, this time they made excuses, blamed me, and refused to acknowledge what was clearly their mistake. They told me that if I want my money back, I need to return the item. But how do they expect me to return something that I never ordered, that they charged me for without my authorization, and that I will never receive because it was sent to an address I no longer have access to?

Absolutely disgraceful. I will have to contact my bank to resolve this matter. On top of that, their customer service is extremely poor and they use passive-aggressive language.

Ordered 3 babyliss hair wands through last year, one for me, my sister and niece.
My neices was faulty, they said send it back by on line chat. This was in ea4ly November 25. They gave me three different codes for free postage, not one of them worked so I had to pay to send a faulty item back. Then they said they couldn’t find it eventually it turned up offered a refund, I so no 3 times a replacement. They said it has to be a refund. Guess what still no refund of £120. I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks for my money. But stupidly I ordered another as it was to replace the faulty one for my niece and I’m out of pocket £120.

I ordered a bottle of Tom Ford aftershave which arrived damaged — the lid was smashed and the bottle chipped. I contacted customer support via chat and provided photos. I was offered either a full refund if I returned the item or a £10 partial refund. I chose the £10 as returning it felt like too much hassle, but given the aftershave cost £124, the compensation seemed rather low at 8% of the purchase price.

I have been placing hundreds of orders on LF and I am a loyal customer. But the closed my account for NO reason!!!!! I lost my £864 credits in my account!!!!! Let me tell you the whole thing: An item in my parcel was missing, I reported to customer immediately when I open the box. I first requested a refund, because I was leaving UK. But the customer service was so careless and they gave me replacement instead. They did NOT pay any attention to the customer’s request. Then I told them I can’t receive it bc I’m leaving!! But they said I will need to wait for the items being returned. Well, it took me 1 week to wait for this stupid progress, and finally they closed my account to solve this?????? I can NOT bevelive how could this happened?!?! I have placed hundreds of orders from you, why would I lie for just 50pounds???!!!
I am SOOOOO UPSET as a loyal customer for 5 years!!!!! Can this be investigated or I will encourage everyone NOT using LF anymore!!!!

I saw wonderful the beauty box from lookfantastic uk which is cost 50£ and ordered on 6 march and till date I didn’t receive it. They didn’t want to refund or replace it, I so mentally and physically exhausted, my nervous systems were damaged thank to online store, awful store, I never again I will order here.

Excellent range of products and fast delivery. Customer service is excellent and very responsive to queries. Highly recommend!

I ordered a perfume costing £84 online using the 'Guest Checkout' option. There has since been no communication from the online beauty retailer with a delivery update and I now believe I am being frauded by the company. I have emailed them and received a reply back that my order should be showing on my account, which is untrue. There is no trace of my order apart from on my bank account where Lookfantastic has charged me for the perfume. I do not know where to go from here and have told them I would report the incident on TrustPilot.
