I had a very disappointing experience with this website. I ordered several expensive skincare products and paid a premium price expecting proper handling and service.
Although the delivery was supposed to take only 2–3 days, half of the products arrived extremely hot due to improper shipping conditions. These products should have been transported in temperature-controlled packaging, as excessive heat can affect their quality and effectiveness. Considering how expensive they were, this was completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the remaining products never arrived. Every time I contacted customer service, I was told they would be shipped “tomorrow.” After repeated delays and excuses, I was eventually informed that the items were actually out of stock.
This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Poor product handling, misleading information, and lack of transparency made the entire process frustrating. I will never order from this website again, even if the prices were reduced by 50%.
Very disappointing.

I ordered 5 Caudalie products and 1 Nars concealer from look fantastic app, while paying shipping showed 2-3 days.
On 3rd day I received a package size of a brick and received only Nars concealer. In the app it showed dispatched.
Contacted customer service back and forth they asked me to fill up a form. So the 2 items not dispatched I asked them to cancel and refund but the dispatched items have never reached me I have sent them a picture of evidence. No refunds yet for the items showing dispatched yet never arrived. Horrible experience, please don’t buy many items in this website they mishandle it and then you will go through hell with the emails back and forth. They sent me a link which shows that my items are delivered.

New products launched
Like the variety of products and the newest launching products, flexibility to use the coupon code for a flash discount which is amazing that I shop every time.
But one thing I do not like that I paid my items including shipping but when I received the order to my home you charge again shipping, so this is annoying to your customers and make me hesitate 😒.

adding to my previous review to warn others about this unreliable and dishonest company and ongoing delivery nightmare.
this company took my money and has been unable to deliver my package for over 2 weeks. the tracking shows it constantly "in transit" and circling around Dubai. Couriers call and promise delivery - but nobody ever showed up. I live in a hotel, where reception staff and security cameras are available 24/7 to verify, not a single attempt was made.
when I contacted customer service, one agent insisted the package had been delivered - it was not. another agent asked me to print out, fill in, and return a PDF form packed with personal information, rather than simply check their own courier's tracking link.
this is a company that has taken payment, failed to deliver, and then made me jump through absurd hoops instead of taking responsibility. i will not be ordering from Lookfantastic ever again and strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

Genuinely Disappointed after three months unresolved postage refund.
I have been a customer of Look Fantastic.ae for some time and wanted to share my experience in the hope it gets resolved and helps others.
Since March 2026 I have been chasing a postage refund on a defective item I was asked to send back to the UK. I was told I was entitled to a postage refund as the Free Returns policy was not applicable in my country.. I was given a reference number and a payment confirmation showing it had been sent to my PayPal account. The money never arrived, and I have screenshots from my PayPal account to prove it.
Every time I have followed up I have been told it is with the finance team and someone will be in touch. No one has. Three months is a long time for what should be a straightforward refund. I have offered as much detail and screenshots as requested and still nada.
I genuinely like the products and the range on offer, but the customer service process around refunds needs serious attention. I hope this is resolved soon and that other customers don’t find themselves in the same position.
