Hi Larna, I'm sorry to hear your card hasn't arrived despite being posted with USPS First Class on 23 Sept and though EasyPost tracking shows USPS delivered it on 25 Sept. I have replied to your email asking you to confirm the address so I can have your card resent.
Please know i reply to all emails but as a small family business i can not respond immediately but i do my best to reply as quickly as i can. Yours, Tom

Cards are nice but shipping is terrible
The cards are nice but I wish they would allow you to purchase just a digital file if you like a digital file instead of ordering a card and maybe getting a digital file in a larger resolution if you want to have one without watermarks on it that would be nice too. Also the main problem I have with this company is that the shipping out of Harrisburg Pennsylvania is terrible I have lost shipments because the stupid hub and it would be nice if they had some other kind of delivery system available. It is really cumbersome to try to get a card and have to wait so long to get it even with priority shipping sometimes it's very slow out of Pennsylvania.

Hi, we do offer an e-card that can be sent directly to the recipient and that also comes with a digital download of the image that can be downloaded from your account at anytime, please select the e-card option. We do also offer our images as 300 DPI print quality digital downloads, i will look at sign posting this more clearly so you can find it in future.
Please note all of our cards are tracked with EasyPost tracking so you can keep an eye on their progress through the USPS network. We do also offer USPS priority delivery at checkout. Yours, Tom

Appalling.
Order placed 29th September.
Paid for delivery 30th September for a 30th Birthday on the 2nd October.
Immediately received confirmation email detailing card in production.
Delivery confirmed 30th September.
30th came and went, chased delivery today via live chat and email.
No response what so ever other than a notification of a refund.
No explanation.
No apologies.
No customer relations whatsoever.
Highly unprofessional.

Hi Charlotte, huge apologies for this as i actioned your refund and replied to your email yesterday but i can see my reply failed to send. We're a small family business and i reply to all emails myself so i apologise my response failed to come through, it read:

I'm really sorry to hear this card has not been dispatched as it should have been. We're a small family business and use a professional printers to print and dispatch our cards but there seems to have been an issue as i can see this was not dispatched as it should have been. I will chase this with them asap. Apologies for this.
I have refunded your card in full but will make sure this card is dispatched as soon as possible and i have also attached the print quality digital image for you incase it can be of use.
