Fitter couldn’t remove old dishwasher due to the height of the flooring. He returned when the flooring had been removed. New dishwasher installed and working. Very efficient and pleasant fitter who showed us how to use the dishwasher.

We had a dishwasher replaced by Richard and he went above and beyond to make sure it was fitted perfectly, he trimmed the kitchen plinth and ensured the cabinet screws were deep enough so that the door would close properly - which was a problem with the previous dishwasher (which was not fitted by Long Eaton Appliances might I add!). Thanks so much Richard!

Everybody I spoke to during the purchase and delivery of my Smeg Range cooker (which was much cheaper than other big brand electronic stores) was pleasant, friendly and accommodating. After confirming a delivery date, I called back to re-arrange and they were happy to change dates. The two delivery men, Reg and Sean were equally helpful and Sean provided some great advice on looking after the cooker after they had both very carefully transported the cooker into the house. Top marks from me all round.

From the start choosing appliances, to the speedy delivery and appliances installation this was a professional and polished service. Excellent product knowledge and a quality job of disconnecting, fitting, checking and old appliances disposal. We will be going back for other kitchen appliances I'm sure!

Excellent service. Sean and Aaron who delivered my oven, were so polite, accommodating friendly and super lovely guys. I was so impressed with the way they went out of their way to get my oven into my property, under very difficult circumstances.

Very satisfied with the professionalism of both Aaron and Neil in fitting the new Bosch washing machine. They tested the machine once fitted and took away the old machine. Left no mess and were very tidy. Very happy.
