DO NOT USE!!
Left a resin liner half way up my stack pipe causing 2 toilets to back up and overflow. Denying all accountability and responsibility for resolving when there is no chance a resin liner was left there by anybody else.
Thousands of pounds worth of damage has been caused and not answering my calls.

Gave them a job to redirect rainwater pipe and some plastic drainage

It took 4 visits to actually get the work done and even the it was incredibly poor quality I sadly paid them ( big mistake) and have not seen them since

I have had a proper company since removed what they have done and put it right

I had a great experience with this drainage service! The team was professional, efficient, and solved the issue quickly. Water now flows perfectly, and I no longer have to worry about blockages. Highly recommend their expertise!

My job spec was simple: Clean out gutters, lengthen a pipe and attach a piece of gutter that had fallen away.
The first 2 parts were completed no problem but the guttering fell away within a couple of days of Edward's visit. Edward returned to re-fix the piece assuring me he would 'glue & screw' it into place but it fell away again within days. Since then I have tried to contact Edward to return to fix properly but to no avail - clearly he has no interest in coming to finish the job he was well paid for and therefore I have no choice but to leave a negative review.

As Premises Manager of a Primary School, I have used London's finest Drainage on several occasions as our drainage system is very old.
on EVERY visit, Edward is on-time, polite and very very efficient.
He will always go above and beyond to ensure his work is tidy, safe and very thorough.
The very BEST drainage company I have used (and I've used quite a few!).

Ed is a top tradesman. Knows his stuff, prompt, fair and hard working.
I had a major overflow issue in my house. Ed came to rescue. He clearly knows what he is doing and very trust worthy. It is a big job that takes Ed three days to sort evything out. Throughout the work, he is very methodical, very transparent and very fair. I am super happy with Ed and will not hesitate to recommend him.

The chap, friendly guy, popped round.

I had a blocked drain and thought it was not a big job.

He throughly investigated the issue and realised that due to lock down the houses towards the right had been putting fat and towels in to the pipes.

He instantly and proactively started cleaning through the job, worked through a neighbours property who was an elderly lady and then focused on making sure everything was in pristine condition.

After that he politely, explained what was the issue, helped lift a man hole cover on the elderly lady’s property and did it at a very competitive price.

Hopefully I won’t need this service again; but if I do. I’m calling you! Thanks for this and thanks for arriving on time, displaying extreme professionalism because my work phone call overran and being understanding.
