Easily one of the best jewellery buying experiences I’ve ever had! I first reached out to James and his team three years ago to design my dream eternity ring, they answered all my questions and communicating with them throughout the design process was so easy. They worked to my budget and found the best diamonds and designed the ring exactly how I wanted it. I’d never bought expensive jewellery completely through an online process before so was naturally very apprehensive, but they really put my mind at ease.

Their aftercare has been impeccable as well. Over the last few years I’ve had my ring serviced/cleaned and repaired when need completely free of cost. James and his team have been amazing and I will absolutely be a returning costumer when I’m ready for my next big purchase.

We had our beautiful London Diamonds engagement ring for a couple of years when it had a tragic accident and had to undergo significant repair work. LD went above and beyond to look after us and completed the work to the highest of standards. My fiance was worried that it wouldn't be 'her' ring anymore but it was perfect in every way and identical to the ring she had.

In a world where quality of customer service is declining, if I could give 6 Stars to London Diamonds I would. They are truly an unbelievable company run by wonderful people.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Engagement ring was designed perfectly. Wedding rings absolutely gorgeous. We made an error (our fault) and they resized it, no problem at all, quickly and sent it straight back. Will be using them for all of our jewellery needs going forward.

Responsive and great at communicating every step of the way. I was able to take my time choosing my eternity ring woth no typical sales pressure. The ring is absolutely stunning as is the box it is presented in. I couldn't be happier with the service and the product. Highly recommend.

Web site was good for selecting ring and style. Communications and updates were good and customer service very quick to respond on a progress check when nearing the delivery window. Delivery was as expected within the time frame stated at order. Received a short video of the ring before agreeing delivery date. Packaging of item is very bespoke to the product with even a small light in the box to make the diamonds show there best quality, wife was and still is over the moon with the ring. Would I recommend, absolutely can’t fault anything about the purchase. PS Be sure of your size requirements.

I've shopped with James and London Diamonds a few times (once for a couple wedding bands, another for a pair of earrings and most recently for an eternity ring for my wife).

Their most recent work was nothing short of spectacular. James was really informative when giving insight into how the eternity ring would look before building it. In 4 weeks (which is very quick to build an eternity ring from scratch) James and his team delivered a perfect ring for my wife who is over the moon with how it turned out.
