I’ve been in contact with London Diamonds for a while asking questions on and off over a period of months. There was never ever once any pushy sales patter just full truthful honesty and great recommendations. I was going to go for a bigger ring and was told there wasn’t much in it and wouldn’t be gaining much in terms of size. When I received it. Wow, I couldn’t give any words it’s the most cleanest, sparkly ring I’ve ever seen. The spec of it is incredible. They take huge care checking every diamond used to ensure you get the best diamond possible which is so uncommon what jewellers are doing that nowadays!? I knew what kind of ring my partner wanted but they helped me massively. I didn’t know what ring size my partner was and sent in loads of photos of her hands in secret from her and they got it absolutely spot on. They really know their stuff and sizing! I wanted it as a surprise while we went on holiday and they got the ring made all in time for a specific date. At first I was quite hesitant of going with a fairly newly established company with just social media and no big name shops anywhere. But seriously it’s a no brainer go with these guys. If you want the most fantastic ring of the highest quality for a very reasonable price just do it. We compared my partners ring to others in shops recently any nothing came close to the size quality or sparkle to her one! We are definitely coming back for our wedding bands. Outstanding service from London Diamonds. My Fiancé had bought my engagement ring from here. I needed it resized half a size down and this was very easy to organise, turn around of a week (including postage each way) and free! I also attended the pop up to choose my wedding ring which is equally gorgeous. The team have been incredibly helpful through out the whole process. Highly recommend.

After following on Instagram for a few years, I bought my wedding ring from LD and received excellent service throughout the purchase. Before ordering, I asked for some advice on the best ring to fit alongside my engagement ring, they responded super quickly and gave honest advice to go for the slightly smaller stones - despite this being a lower priced ring - most jewellers would without doubt recommend the more expensive either way so from this point, I knew LD were the ones to buy from. Once ordered, they kept me informed with progress of making my ring and it was dispatched and delivered very quickly. On arrival it was perfect. Unfortunately after some months of wear, some how I managed to lose a diamond from the band so I got in touch and they fixed it for me at no cost, zero hassle whatsoever which is such a nice experience when I was upset over losing the diamond. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase engagement/wedding rings or other jewellery.

Where do I start

I messaged London Diamonds asking about a specific ring which wasn't advertised on their website. I had a reply back from James within 30 minutes saying they could do the exact ring I wanted. Unfortunately I wasn't 100% sure what ring size my "now fiancée" was. After sending over some pictures of my girlfriend showing her hands and a rose gold ring she wore, James worked his magic and let me know what he thought her ring size would be.

After that the ring was made and the rest is pretty self explanatory, I proposed to my now fiancée who was over the moon both from the proposal but how stunning the ring was. It fit perfectly!

I never had any doubts who I would go with when buying the engagement ring, London Diamonds are superb at what they do and I will be forever singing their praise!

I followed LD for years on Instagram and I was over the moon when my fiancée proposed with one of their rings, he said they were so helpful picking the right one! I had a gorgeous platinum ring however I have been given my late moms wedding ring after she passed which I want to use as my wedding band however it’s yellow gold. I reached out to James for some advice and he told me they could coat my engagement ring in yellow gold to match and he said they would sort it all for me with no charge, I was so happy. I sent it off to be resized also and it came back today and I couldn’t be happier! It looks perfect with my mom’s band and I can’t wait to wear them together on our wedding day.
