Had an appointment with Dr Charakida, which went really well.

Dr Charakida was extremely informative, professional and answered all questions that I had after the appointment.

Met him for a consultation and he was very helpful. Explained the procedure to my understanding and was opened answer any question of concern.

This was the first time I went to this clinic, and thought everything was done extremely well. I went for a consultation and two surgeries, and felt that Dr Rovshan Izamov and his team were extremely competent and considerate throughout. I always felt in excellent hands, and particularly appreciated that I was informed and asked for my consent at specific steps during the surgery itself (e.g., before each injection of local anaesthetic.) It's two days post-surgery and I have no complications or complaints.

After the consultation and before the surgery, a different member of staff elicited my feedback on the consultation itself, how I felt it had gone, whether I felt all my questions and concerns had been answered etc., and offered to answer any further questions. He then explained the breakdown of costs transparently so I could make an informed decision on whether or how to actually go ahead, which is a good way to ensure transparency and patient agency. The admin system generally was efficient: easy to contact, quick to sort things out, and with all members of staff acting in a polite, warm, and patient-focussed manner.

I'll be recommending the clinic and Dr Izamov.

Dr Izamov gave me an excellent consultation and took care of my problem. I am very satisfied with the clinic patient service. Dr Izamov performed my health care professionally. I recommend DR Izamov to anyone requiring Dermatology care.

Yeah id say my experience was great with my skin tag removal and although it was painful id say it was worth it and feeling better

Dr Charakida gave me more answers in five minutes than I've gotten in more than five years of skin issues. She was very professional, helpful and decisive - I'm glad I was ready with my questions as the appointment was over before I knew it. It was a lot of money for a brief appointment but I got the professional advice I needed so no complaints.

Excellent, trouble free experience. All staff were pleasant and efficient. The doctor was friendly and provided a great service. However, the issue that we attended for turned out to be something simple that didn't require further treatment.

This was the first time I used this clinic’s services and I was very satisfied. It was very easy to book an appointment and they were very helpful to respond to my queries. The dermatologist I saw, Dr Charakida, is an excellent professional - she actively listened to my case and explained things (symptoms and side effects) and the necessary treatment very clearly. I highly recommend her.

Please don't entertain this place. It is a pop up shop operating under the prestigious Harley Street, London address. The consultant seemed okay but the Manager was just a money grabbing crook, who pressured us into parting with £1450.00 for a consultation, two blood tests and an acne spot biopsy. We had to sign up there and then with only minutes to think about whether this was the way forward. It was a battle to arrange the follow up appointment when we weren't given any real answers anyway. What an unprofessional, dismissive experience, preying on vulnerable desperate people. We visited in August 2025 and I've wanted to send this review since then but life got in the way.I only wish this place could be investigated and why on earth didn't I read the reviews before setting foot in the place! I looked again today to see if things had improved or the place had been shut down but no. A big NO from me

I had a private dermatology consultation and repeatedly requested a simple consultation letter/invoice with doctor details so I could submit it to my medical insurance. Despite asking multiple times, calling for days, and clearly explaining that I had a strict deadline, I was completely ignored.

For a private clinic charging premium fees, this level of admin support is honestly shocking. No responses, no follow-up, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. It feels like once payment is taken, patients are no longer a priority.

The medical consultation may be private, but the administration is absolutely rubbish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this clinic, especially if you need proper documentation for insurance or work purposes.

Very poor experience overall.

If I could give 0 stars, I would not waste your time with this company. I had a 5 minute consultation, and was then sent to the next cubicle to discuss fees. They quoted £1875 to remove 2 cysts and would waive the £249 fee if I paid at the time for a “20 to 30 minute” procedure. I wasn’t allowed to keep the diagnosis when I said I’d think about it and shop around. Seems like they are much more interested in your money than anything else. Avoid.
