Our ongoing relationship with LBC is excellent. With around 8 - 11 projects underway at any given time we only use LBC. Consistent, prompt, supportive and utterly professional. Everything we need to allow projects to flow smoothly.

We have received great service from london building control for nearly 24 months, we have james parker in our area and would highly recommend if you have a building project that needs inspecting. The office back up is great from the guys at london and final certificates issued promptly. We look forward to continuing our relationship with them for the long term.

This is my first project with London Building Control, provide excellent and professional customer service by Khaliq. He is very experienced and knowledgeable inspector and highly recommended.

I am having the most appalling situation. Having used this company for building control during covid, I am now trying to access the information they have on file, to help me conclude the project, which was impacted by the contractor and architect having to leave the country during the lockdown. London building control are refusing to provide the information they have on file, and proving unhelpful and obstructive replies.

We have used LBC now for over 10 years ..

MDA Design have appointed James Parker and his team at LBC on most of our projects over the past few years. They provide a professional service and are very good to deal with on site.

Awful customer service, ignorant and failures of their on line systems I would avoid and will make sure all my domestic and commercial clients avoid these unproffessional mob

I can not rate London Building control Manchester branch highly enough. We had Joe Dainty oversee a full restoration on our 1965 bungalow. He was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. After hearing lots of horror stories of other building inspectors prior to the project I was vey apprehensive but I can honestly say it was great to have his advice and help just at the end of the line or his visits. I would definitely recommend and use again.

London Building control - Manchester Office - Joe Dainty. Fantastic company to work with and reasonably priced. The difference with Joe especially is any queries you have on site he answers them straight away. Site visit times - When he says he will be there he is there! We have worked on many sites together over the years and i would highly recommend London building control especially Joe!
