From our first enquiry by phone to the measuring up visit and then the actual fitting of our awning, I can’t praise this company enough. In March I popped into London Blind Co. to seek advice about the shutters I wanted. The service was comprehensive and courteous and I made a decision on the spot to use them. The time delay was explained and shortly afterwards a fitter came to take the exact measurements.
Yesterday, as scheduled, James and Neil arrived on time and I was very impressed by their skill, speed of work and care. James also took the time to ensure I understood the workings of the shutters and the necessity not to open them for at least 24 hours, in order for the frame sealant to dry. I could, of course, move the louvres.
I awoke this morning and must have had a huge smile on my face as I viewed my shutters again! What more could I ask for?

The ordering of the shutters was straightforward and easy to understand. The fitter arrived at the scheduled time. He worked efficiently and fast and there was no tidying up after he had finished. He was friendly and we’d certainly use the London Blind Company again and would gladly recommend them.

After experiencing the hard sell and extortionate prices of the large blinds companies, I resolved never to pay that kind of money without seeing all the options for blinds in real life. So, when I searched online for "Blinds company with showroom" and found London Blinds, it didn't seem too much of a stretch to drive 40 minutes to Bexleyheath if it meant I would actually be able to see the blinds before committing £ to them. The shop is small but fully stocked with all types of blinds and a full range of catalogues with colours and fabrics. We walked away that day having ordered our blinds and booked a visit from Fabio to measure up the next day. The small team - Phil and Fabio - have been very attentive and helpful and the blinds were fitted today. They look great. Now we’re just waiting for another really sunny day to fully road test them.

Just had 2 bay windows fitted with 5 panel shutter wooden blinds. These look fantastic and can honestly say the London Blind Company have been exceptional from start to finish. Would highly recommend and very reasonable price.

Another fantastic installation by the London Blind Company. I recently needed a blackout blind for a baby's room. Was advised by Phil of my options and I settled on a pleated blind contained in a cassette that I am so pleased with. Excellent customer service throughout and would highly recommend.

From making the appointment, to the surveyor coming to measurer up, to the workers' fitting the shutters - was made to feel like an important customer to this small company. The quality of the shutters and the overall look fantastic and make a big difference to the rooms. This is the second time have used this company on recommendation from my sister and will use them again. Highly recommend them

Service provided was excellent. Blinds were professionally measured prior to installation so fit perfectly. All queries were answered very quickly and they even accommodated a last minute installation date change and we're able to squeeze me in the very next day. I couldn't recommend the London Blind Company more. From the beginning Phil was super communicative and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. At the showroom, Fabio was really helpful and guided us through all our options and sent samples to our flat. He kindly sent more samples in the mail until I finally decided on a fabric. The fitters were great as well–professional, funny and quick–especially given we have double height windows which some other companies won't go near! Great experience overall. Highly recommend.

I have used London Blind Company a number of times over the past 5 years. We have has their 'perfect fit' blackout blinds in a number of bedrooms and most recently some Venetian blinds in the kitchen and also replacement blackout blinds fitted into some Velux sky lights.
Phil is transparent and informative when it comes to discussing options and pricing. Fabio and Neil have both fitted for us and both are very professional, courteous and tidy.
It's always been a positive experience using this company and I would certainly recommend them.

I’m extremely happy with the service I received for the blinds I had installed. From the start, they were excellent at providing guidance and answering all my questions. Once I agreed to move forward, they quickly came to take measurements, and production of the blind and curved rail was impressively fast. The installation process was seamless, and everyone who came to measure or fit the blinds was incredibly nice and friendly.

The price was on the higher side, likely due to the specifics of wanting a curved rail, but they were one of the few companies able to provide it, and the result is worth every penny. The quality feels very high, and the blinds are exactly what I hoped for. I’m thrilled with the outcome!
